If you have more than 6, or 7, we can provide two apartments which are close to each other. One is in St mary's street, another one is in St John's Hill.

If you 9-10 want to stay in one apartment, it is fine. We will put extra sofa beds in the living room, but we still charge for extra.

There are 2 bedrooms 1 living room in this apartment.

If you want three bedrooms, it will mean you have no living room.

4 single beds( included a pair of bunk beds) in the first bedroom, 2 single beds ( can be linked as a king size double bed) in the second bedroom. Then we will put an extra bed in the living room on your request before you book.

Apart from above, we can put more sofa beds in the living room if you request

This apartment is in the heart of the Edinburgh city centre. The location can not be better.

It is on the second floor.

If you want to stay in a bit far place or you have a person who need a lift in the building , i can offer you another place of mine which has a lift access.

If you want your car parked in a secured garage, there is a garage called " Blackfriars car parking garage" in Black Friars Street. Parking charge £15 per 24 hours. You can park your car off the street for free during the time above.

There is a very functional kitchen in the apartment, however eating out around Royal Mile, St mary's street might be a better choice. There are so many famous restaurants and pubs around the apartment !

We are located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. It is easy to find. You can walk from the city centre train station Waverley to the place. It is only a 5-8 minutes' walk.

The Edinburgh International Festival of Music and Drama, held every summer since 1947, and its larger, more eclectic and offbeat offshoot, the Edinburgh Fringe, are world famous Festival. Edinburgh Military Tattoo held during the festival in August.
