"Fabulous City pad for Hogmanay stay"
The apartment is beautifully presented, clean and looks better than the photos. Set in a charming location with your own entrance. Local amenities a few minutes walk away and all attractions within 18 mins walking distance. The handover of keys were simple and straightforward with v.clear instructions. We felt so at home that we didn't want to leave.
We had left some clothes behind and the owner was very kind to post them on.

"Lovely. Clean and cosy"
Lovely apartment..was very clean and tidy. Had a bit of bother getting the key out key safe but phoned Jackie and when she explained we got it straight away. Ten minute walk to princess street. Fairly easy to find from train station. Lovely street and building. Only negatives were the toilet flush was a nightmare and no reception so if making a call or sending a text you need to walk outside. Internet in apartment also. Overall if going to Edinburgh will book this again.

"Apartment is a gem!!!"
Excellent apartment - home away from home! This apartment was very clean, very well equipped and very well located. It was exactly as described on VRBO. Communication from Jackie was excellent - both before our arrival and during our stay. We walked everywhere in Edinburgh and the travel info in the apartment was appreciated and useful - we used it all week. The apartment was very quiet and extremely comfortable - we will definitely stay there again when we return to Edinburgh.

"Excellent quiet base to explore Edinburgh"
This apartment had everything we needed, a fantastic shower, comfy sofa and was in walking distance of everything you might want to see in Edinburgh. It was also really quiet at night helping you get a good nights sleep on the comfy bed after a long day exploring this great city.
I'd highly recommend this apartment. Jackie was also very helpful with any questions I had. The only thing that could be done is to introduce some plants into the place, but that is only a personal preference on my part.

"Comfortable and quiet apartment in a handy location"
This is a lovely one bed apartment that had everything we needed for our recent 5 night stay in Edinburgh. The location was ideal in that it was out of the city centre so it was peaceful but close enough to walk to Princes Street and George Street (or a short bus ride if not feeling energetic). The booking process was straightforward and Jackie was happy to accommodate any requests we had. Overall we had absolutely no complaints about this apartment and would be happy to use again when next in Edinburgh.

"A property that delivers on it's promise."
I was pleased to be visiting Edinburgh again and the visit was made all the more enjoyable by this excellent apartment. The location is great , close to the city centre , but in a quiet spot. The apartment is very modern and clean , with everything that you could wish for , a comfortable bed and seating, fully equipped kitchen , tv and dvd player and wifi. It's a place that I would certainly like to stay in again.
