City-centre studio apartment sleeps 1 or 2. Great view of Edinburgh Castle and just a short walk from Princes Street, the Old Town, the Royal Mile and the Castle. Bright and comfortable with lounge/bedroom, breakfasting kitchen and bathroom. On the 4th floor of a residential block (Webster's Land), 75m from the Grassmarket. Tourist attractions are10-15 mins walk and close by are a concert hall, theatres, cinemas, an internet cafe, bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as Princes Street Gardens.
Minimum let is 3 nights, except Christmas & New Year when it is usually 1 week.

Our GRASSMARKET STUDIO is located in West Port, the road leading west off the Grassmarket, just south of Edinburgh Castle. The Grassmarket and neighbouring Victoria Street have a great selection of independent shops, specialising in quality, individual clothing and accessories, antiques, tea, cheese and quirky knick-knacks!

SINGLE Z-BED can be used on request. Please note it is not intended to sleep a 3rd adult, due to the size of the property. It is available for use when 2 occupants prefer separate beds. BABY'S TRAVEL COT (& bedding), and HIGHCHAIR available on request.

CANCELLATION • If you cancel your booking, we will try to fill the vacancy. • But, if a substitute booking cannot be found, the charges set out here might apply. Notice of cancellation prior to arrival: 60 days or more: no charge (deposit refunded); 30-59 days: 30% charge (deposit retained); Less than 30 days: full rental price. • Edinburgh Self-Catering is entitled to cancel a booking if the balance is not paid on time.
