The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave and integrated fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room which has a washing machine and tumble dryer and is also ideal for storing suitcases, etc.

The master bedroom is bright and a good size, containing a double bed and a large sofa that converts into a double bed. The second bedroom is also a good size and has a double bed. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TV's, DVD players and Freeview. The master bedroom also has ipod/iphone docking and charging facilities which can be controlled remotely. Broadband is included and is available for cable connection and wireless.

There is a family bathroom with both bath and shower. This completes the accommodation.

For young families, a child's cot and high chair are available for a small charge.

For transport in the city, this apartment is only a few yards to the nearest bus stop, 500 yards to Haymarket Train Station and under a mile to Waverley Train Station. The airport is located 4 miles to the west of the city centre.

Check in is from 1pm-3pm and 6pm-8pm and check out is by 11am. This property offers a "meet and greet" service whereby you will be met at the property to provide keys and be shown the layout etc. Early arrival and late checkout can be arranged. Additional cost will be determined by circumstance.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking, and the remainder 4 weeks before your arrival along with a further refundable security deposit of £100.

Free parking on a Saturday night and all day Sunday outside the apartment. Metered parking at other times. There is also a large car park 200 yards away.

The Lothians region

This area of Edinburgh is steeped in history but also has a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars.


The Edinburgh Festival runs for through July and August but there are many places to visit in close proximately to the apartment throughout the year. Princes St Gardens are within a few hundred yards as is Edinburgh's West End, The Kings Theatre and an Odeon Cinema.

"Nice, clean, well located apartment."

Nice clean apartment located near the castle on good bus routes. (right outside the flat, also on route for the hop on- hop off tourist buses ). The apartment was perfect for a short break in Edinburg… More

"Loved this apartment..and the location!"

Stayed here in May and loved it! Spotlessly clean and everything we needed.

The apartment is right in the city centre and has lots of restaurants nearby. There is also a Sainsburys and Tesco within a few minutes walk. The Grassmarket (great for pubs and restaurants) is also only a few minutes away.

The apartment has obviously been recently renovated and upgraded - and done very well! When we arrived we were met by the owner who quickly showed us the layout before leaving us to it. We were also left a welcome pack with toiletries and shortbread. Nice touch!

We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
