"If I was any closer I'd be staying at the Castle!"

"Great location at the foot of the Castle"
Our family of 6 stayed in this clean apt perfectly situated at the base of the Castle. Our host was quick to respond, always available, and helpful with questions about the area. We cooked most meals here to save money and had everything we needed!

"Great location, good value"
Can't fault location in shadow of castle, handy for all city centre attractions, well-equipped for self-catering though in truth we only used kettle over three night stay. Basic welcome pack nice touch, no quibble over handing back keys at 7am because of early flight. Good value for our party of five, ideal for family group.

"Very central and nice appartment."
This appartment was exactly what we expected, and our expectations were high. Good and speedy communications with the landlord, and his assistent. We did not need any service from them during our stay, cause there were nothing that did not work to our need. The appartment was even more central than I thought beforehand. In less than five minutes you would be either on the castle (Royal Mile) or in Princess Street (shoppping area), and Grass market is only a minute or less away. The fridge could have been bigger.

"Feel at home apartment"
A feel at home apartment with stunning view of the Castle and with Edinburgh's bustling city centre right at hand. The rooms are functional and decorated with taste. Ideal to spend some quality time with friends!

The apartment is very complete and the owner very helpful with all my questions. Great choice if you're staying for the festival as most of the venues are easy to get to in about 20 minutes walking.
Quiet street and amazing view of the Castle from the bedrooms.
Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again next year.

"Lovely flat in the heart of the city"
This flat is ideal for travellers and holidaymakers looking to be within easy reach of Edinburgh's numerous attractions and nightlife. The Castle, art galleries and other landmarks, including Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat are just minutes away. Bars and clubs, cinemas and theatres are very close to King's Stables Lane also.
My family and I loved the apartment, a nice little cozy maisonette just at the foot of Edinburgh Castle. Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom clean and quite spacious. All the appliances in the kitchen were new and worked marvelously well. We loved the Grassmarket area with its restaurants and cafes, the Royal Mile and Tollcross. We enjoyed a couple of concerts at the Usher Hall and a musical at the Playhouse (both 5 minutes away from our holiday home).
We would warmly recommend this apartment to friends and colleagues of ours for their vacations!

"Great little house in fantastic location"
Went up for Fringe and would definitely stay here again. 5 mins to Traverse; less than 10 to Underbelly and right on Grassmarket with pubs, restaurants etc. Lovely and spacious - especially upstairs - bedrooms and bathroom are spotless, modern and well-equipped. Wifi worked easily; windows have blackout shutters which is useful for shutting out Castle fireworks etc. Matteo helpful, efficient and easily contactable during our stay.

We loved staying so close to the Castle & having such beautiful views of the castle from our bedroom window. We walked all over Edinburgh. Restaurants & shopping are very close to the apartment. The area was very quiet. Our family of 6 was quite content with two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The apartment is newly refurbished & everything is in excellent condition. A property manager greeted us, gave us the keys & was always available to answer questions.
