This is possibly the best located flat in Edinburgh - situated in a stunning portered building on the Royal Mile it couldn't be closer to the historic sights, great restaurants and bars that Edinburgh has to offer. It is a very large 2 bed flat (1260 sq. ft/ 117 sq. m) with an enormous 30ft / 10m open plan kitchen/ living room looking onto the historic Royal Mile. It really is a great pad!

This flat could not be more centrally located! We are right on the Royal Mile in possibly the largest flat on the street. The Royal Mile has Edinburgh Castle at on end and the Scottish Parliament on the other. We are five minutes walk from all the main attractions in the city. I have tried to list some of the highlights below:

What do you like?

Restaurants? Some of the best in town are on your doorstep: Ondine (great for fish); The Witchery (perfect for romantic meals) and No1 at the Balmoral. From Michelin Starred extravagance to home grown great value grub, its all on your doorstep!

Bars? A wide range of local pubs and fashionable bars are nearby (Whiski rooms are a favourite to try a dram of Scotland's' finest).

Art galleries? Perfect, the National Gallery and Royal Scottish Academy are 2 minutes away.

Museums? Not a problem, the National Museum of Scotland, Museum on the Mound, is 2 minutes away.

We really couldn't be better located!
