This charming apartment is part of the old Craigwell Brewery, which was built in 1822 and converted to flats in 1980, winning a RIB Architect Award. Up steps to the first floor, the apartment has its own distinctive character and is well presented and comfortably furnished, perfect for a family holiday. There is a shared garden which leads up to the Burns Monument at the top of the hill behind the development. There is allocated parking at the property, inside the courtyard which is locked at night.

Nether Craigwell is off Calton Road and is less than ten minutes walk to Princes Street, Waverley Station, the Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace. This is an excellent choice for visitors wanting to make the most of all this busy city has to offer. The apartment is within easy walking distance of Edinburgh's fascinating tourist attractions: only a few hundred metres to the Scottish Parliament, The Palace of Holyrood (The Queens official Scottish residence) and Dynamic Earth (an interactive geological museum). Holyrood Park and Arthurs Seat (Edinburgh is one of very few cities to have a mountain in the middle) are on the doorstep.

There are shops, restaurants and pubs close by in all directions, and more churches, museums and galleries than you can count.
