This apartment is extremely well placed for exploring the city, the castle is at the door step.

An added bonus is the courtyard gardens with bench seating area with view of Edinburgh castle.

The Grassmarket is well served with a good bus route including the Hop on Hop off tourist bus. There are a number of good restaurants, bars and cafes nearby as well as specialist shops and supermarkets.

Princes Street is a 10 minute walk while the Royal Mile is only 5 minutes away.

As there is no lift, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

This apartment is not suitable for stag and hen parties.

Parking details:plenty of meter parking bays nearby. Free between 18.30 and 08.30 and also all day Sunday. NCP multi-storey (Castle Terrace) 5 minutes walk.
