The living area has a sofa and comfortable armchair are grouped around an antique chest and a TV with DVD Player has been provided should you wish to relax and put your feet up. Broadband has been installed for the use of guests.
Tucked away, to the back of the sitting area, in an alcove, is a raised platform with a double bed providing a cosy romantic nest for 2.
A galley kitchen, with breakfast bar and 2 stools, has been well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery china and glassware should you wish to eat in but with so many eateries on your doorstep you may only get round to making a cup of tea or coffee! Cooking facilities include a halogen hob, electric oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher.
To the rear of the apartment there is a bathroom with a bath and shower over, a wash hand basin with shaver socket and a WC.
We can provide a cot for babies but have no facilities for larger children

Edinburgh is one of Europes most beautiful cities and offers a wealth of attractions to interest our visitors: From Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood palace at either end of the famous Royal mile in the medieval Old town to the Georgian elegance of New town.
We also boast a great range of museums and Art galleries as well as the Edinburgh dungeons and the ghost tours of St Mary's Close for those who like to be frightened! Of course it goes with out saying that we also have a wealth of different shops including our famous department store Jenners and Harvey Nichols as well as a great range of well know high street names and smaller boutiques.
The Grassmarket offers the visitor to Edinburgh a host of bars and restaurants, luxury shopping for cashmere and woollens as well as second hand book shops which are found just off the Grassmarket in West Port.
West Bow is in a wonderfully central spot in the Old Town close to an attractive selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Edinburgh's major attractions are all within a short walk.

"Perfect studio appartment"
