Sleeping up to 3 people plus baby the accommodation comprises an unusually generously proportioned open plan kitchen/dining/living area. This room is at the front of the property and has a very light and airy atmosphere with lovely large windows and beautiful wooden floors. The stylish kitchen area provides a gas hob and electric oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of glass, china, cutlery and cookware for those wishing to eat in the apartment. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 4 people.

Adjacent to the kitchen area, a glass dining table is placed in the large bay windows providing leafy views. Seating is provided for up to four people to dine in comfort.

To the left, through a large opening is the living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs. TV with DVD has been provided and there is a high speed WiFi Internet connection.

In the hallway, a laundry cupboard houses a washer dryer with ironing board and iron.

The capacious double bedroom is quietly located to the rear of the building and provides a peaceful heaven in which to relax after a long day. It is furnished with a king sized iron bedstead and has more than ample cupboard and wardrobe space. A small second bedrooms which is ideal for a child is also situated to the rear of the property and we can provide a travel cot for this room if required.

A bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC decorated in fresh white tiles with a limestone tiled floor completes the accommodation.

Other sights include the royal Yacht Britannia which is moored in Leith.
