The master suite has a king size bed and an Ensuite Shower room, the second bedroom has a double size bed ,aswell as The Ensuite Bathroom there is also a seperate family bathroom, with a bath and shower.

As well as the bedrooms, for Larger groups of guests ( upto 6 people) , we have high quality 2 JOHN LEWIS single guest beds that can be put up in each each of the large bedrooms or in the 30ft lounge area

There is ample parking around the property and we also have secure underground parking. There is no charge for parking.

Within a short walk is a Asda Hypermarket/ Supermarket which is open 24 hours, 7 days a week

There is also Thai Resturant, a Loch Fyne Fish Restaurant and Prezzo Italian Restaurant within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The Star Bank inn , and the Newhaven Quay, a family pub is just 6 mins walk away

Ocean Terminal with all it's shopping, Restaurants Multi Screen Cinema and the Royal Yacht Britannia is a short walk away.

The location is excellent combining excellent transport links, parking and stunning views, a local bus service directly behind the apartment takes approx 10 mins to reach city centre and15 mintues to reach the famous Princess St and the royal mile, services run around every 10-15 mins, a taxi costs around £7.50

Edinburgh airport is 9 miles away and is serviced by most major airlines, including British Airways, Ryan Air and Easy Jet etc

We offer a meet and greet at Edinburgh Airport direct to the Waterfront Apartment with return transfers from £25 each way, depending on how many passengers, please enquire when making booking

Avis , Hertz and most car hire companies operate from the terminal building

If arriving by train, Waverely train station is around 2 miles from the Apartment and taxis cost around £7.50 or alternatively hop on the local number 10 bus which drops you outside the apartment(last stop) and costs £1.30, services run frequently

“Great place to stay” My family loved the clean, airy, roomy and the natural light in the apartment. All that we needed was there. Michael was kind enough to accommodate an early check in as well. Would recommend to all.

“fantastic location and apartment” A great stay in this very nice flat. We loved the location, a superb base to explore the city, in a quiet and safe part of Edinburgh. Thanks to Michael Tips, we changed of restaurants every night, within 10 minutes of the flat. I personnaly very enjoyed the Peacok, next to a tiny lovely harbour and a mix of pub and restaurant called the old chain peir , overviewing the ocean. Princes street is easily reachable by bus and it was nice to escape the noises , souvenir shops of this busy ara. The flat is welcoming and you forget this is a holiday rental. Plenty of space with a huge living room, 2 nice bathrooms, sense of details, luxury bed linen,... The view from the flat is unique : the sea, the Britania. You have to visit the Britania, a must see of Edinburgh, next to Ocean Terminal shopping mall, within 15 minutes walk. We travel a lot and that's our best experience so far.

“A superb apartment for a relaxing stay” This is a wonderful apartment on the fifth floor of a waterside development with views across to the Royal Yacht. Everything you could need is provided and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Secure underground parking is most welcome as there is a bus stop right outside that takes you into Edinburgh. Very clean and comfortable throughout and very quiet.

“Flawless! Great Stay!” Beautiful! A self-catering apartment with the looks of a boutique hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our three-day stay at the Waterfront Apartment. It is spacious, bright, comfortable and tastefully furnished and decorated. The kitchen is functional and equipped with modern appliances. We traveled with young children and they were happy with the amount of space available, as well as the toys that were provided. They could also run safely on the path that follows the shoreline and that can be accessed from behind the building. It was surprisingly easy to get to the city center by bus (line 10) as the stop is steps away from the building. Within walking distance is a huge supermarket (Asda, 10 mins) and Ocean Terminal (20 mins). A taxi to the airport for 6 people including luggage cost us £24. The rental was made easy, using PayPal, and the owner was friendly and helpful. On a final note, we loved the welcome package (bread, jam, tea, milk, cereal)!! Definitely recommended!

“Fabulous stay!” We stayed in this fabulous apartment for just 2 nights but I wish it could have been for longer. The location at Western Harbour was perfect for us - a little out of the city centre but close enough for convenience. We used the bus service which ran efficiently every 10/15 mins into town. Unfortunately it wasn't quite so easy to find our bus back as Edinburgh city centre was being dug up in order to install tram lines everywhere so bus stops had moved. We eventually realised that if we made our way to Princes St, we would find our bus stop. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and all communication with the owner, Michael, was exemplary. He was so helpful and the welcome breakfast basket was perfect. A perfect short stay.

“Perfect apartment for a fab weekend in edinburgh!” Excellent service from the moment we booked until the moment we left. Simple to book and organise and a lovely modern, comfortable flat. Loved that there was milk/bread/cereal etc waiting for us and the underground parking was excellent. Will definetly book again if staying in the city.

“Brilliant holiday flat, a home from home.” Went for the weekend with a group of friends and we were all really impressed with the standard of the flat,was clean, homely and really well equiped. Michael was very helpful and organised in his dealings with us. It made our stay an absolute pleasure and we'd definitely visit again.

“Amazing, spacious, fantastic view, felt really looked after, GREAT TRIP” The apartment itself is spacious and has an amazing view. The kids had plenty of room to move around and play (children 5 & 7). They also enjoyed the view of the harbour. The welcome pack was much appreciated after a long drive. The correspondence from the owner goes above and beyond, with maps, advice and help. It is about a 10 minute drive into the city, so for us it was nice to do the hustle and bustle in the day and then come back to relax in the evening. The TV has so many channels that I lost count. There is also a cupboard with games which is great for the kids. All in all a fantastic trip, would recommend this apartment!!!!

“Modern, Clean, Comfortable, Good location” I spent the Christmas there with my family. Wonderful experience! The apartment was very clean and modern. Everything we needed for a nice vacation was available. It felt like home, only better. The view from the apartment was amazing. It's also located very conveniently. City centre is only a short drive away and ASDA store is at walking distance. Michael was very nice and helpful with the booking. Communication was excellent and we had the keys and detailed directions at least a week before. We even had a christmas tree decorated and lighted in the reception room! Couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

“Great apartment!” The apartment was just as it said on the website, it was comfortable, very spacious, stylishly decorated, and had everything you could want in a holiday apartment. We only stayed for the weekend, but would certainly recommend it for a longer stay. We were very impressed with the Welcome Pack which included all you would need for your weekends breakfasts, tea, coffee, bread, butter, jams. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, within walking distance, and the Ocean Terminal is only a short bus ride away, or about a 20 minute walk if you feel energetic! We were a group of 4 women and Michael even put up the extra beds so that we could all have a bed each! Both bedrooms were lovely, but the master ensuite is particularly nice. Definately would go back and would recommend to anyone looking for a break at reasonable prices...our 2 nights only cost us £40 each for the weekend, so much cheaper, and better, than a hotel!

“Highly recommended” I will admit I can be a bit of a holiday "snob" and spend a lot of time researching my holidays and short breaks. I'm a big fan of booking with owners direct as I appreciate the personal touches and the privacy the accommodation offers. My friends and I were all very impressed with the waterfront apartment. It was clean, modern and well equiped with lots of nice touches. If you are going to experience Edinburgh's nightlife like we did, don't be put off by the location. Edinburgh's centre was only a short taxi ride away (also a bus stop outside the front door) and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a taxi. We found the location ideal as we appreciated the quietness and the views. We would definitely stay here again. I doubt you will find accommodation to this standard and value elsewhere in the city. I found this apartment on holidaylettings.co.uk and have to say that Michael from the Waterfront Team was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return soon.

“Excellent accommodation - everything we hoped for!” Our experience right from the booking of this accommodation was excellent. The owner was extremely helpful and arranged hand over of keys etc. in a timely manner. The apartment was modern, well equipped and was in immaculate condition. The parking (underground) was very close by, and the internet access was speedy and reliable. The apartment is located within a short distance of a large supermarket, and only a little farther from the Ocean Terminal shopping centre. Edinburgh city centre is a mere 10 minute bus or car ride away. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again!

“An relaxing luxury waterfront property with great views and easy access to all of the main Edinburgh attractions.” What you see and what you get can frequently be extremly contradictory and lead to a deflated and stressed experience. On this occasion I am glad to say that this was first class accomodation, that was represented very accurately on the advertisment on the web brochure. It was an excellent, relaxing retreat away from the busy city festival. The quality of the facilities within that apartment where superb and I would be more than willing to make a recommendation to friends and family. I would also like to comment on the professional couteous way in which my booking was handled, from the first enquiry right through to the end of my stay. Thank you.

“We had a wonderful stay” Had a short break in Edinburgh and found this appartment easy to book. Warm welcome on our arrival. Appartment perfect with two bathrooms. Everything was very clean and tidy. Easy bus ride into Edinburgh and other areas around with a cheap one day or multi ticket. Plenty to do and see in and around the area. We recommend this appartment to anyone who wants to see Edinburgh without the need to stay in the centre of town. We will definitely recommend this appartment and if we go to Edinburgh again will stay nowhere else.
