"Fab location"

The vendor (Sean) was very helpful throughout the process and even allowed us to park opposite in the Backpackers car park which was much appreciated. Excellent location, great apartment and amenities. We had the front bed room which was a little noisy on an evening but it was no big deal as we were late in ourselves and what would you expect given the location. Would definitely book here again.

"Charming and Convenient"

I stayed with my husband and two grown up daughters and it made all the difference to our stay in Edinburgh. The apartment is conveniently located with a wonderful view of Grassmarket and the Castle. It is very well appointed with every modern amenity but with a lot of old world charm that has been retained during its renovation. It was also very cosy and comfortable. It is close to various dining places that can cater to whether one is after a quick or a more sophisticated meal. The Royal Mile with all its attractions is literally round the corner. The only possible drawback is a rather steep stairwell up to the apartment.

"Excellent location for attending the Fringe"

Although flat is up 2 flights it was not an issue for access.
Everything is in the flat - it was clean and modern - we couldn't see any downsides.
Although windows are not fully sound proofed the noise wasn't an issue - it is Edinburgh during festival time and it was to be expected - everyone having a good time.
It is excellent location for access to the Edinburgh festival venues and the city centre.
We have booked again for 2014, this time for a week - wouldn't be surprised if we booked it again for 2015!!
