The apartment has a dining room with table and 4/6 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob/oven, microwave and washing machine.
The master bedroom contains a double bed and a large sofa that converts into a double bed. The second bedroom also contains a double bed. Both bedrooms have TV's, DVD players and Freeview.
There is a family bathroom with bath and power shower. There is also a separate cloakroom/toilet to complete the accommodation.
Central heating is provided by a gas combination boiler.
For an additional £15 a high chair and travel cot can be provided for your use.

There are parking meters outside the property and parking is free from 6pm Saturday until 8am Monday morning. There is also a large car park only a few hundred yards away.
The famous Edinburgh Farmer's Market arrives on the first Saturday of every month and is only a stones throw away.
Check in is from 1pm-3pm and from 6pm-8pm. Check out is by 11am. This property offers a "meet and greet" service whereby you will be met at the property to provide keys and be shown the layout etc. Early arrival and late check out can be arranged. Additional cost will be determined by circumstance.
The Lothians region
The capital of Scotland and with many historic areas to visit. Our apartment is set within a few hundred yards of the Grassmarket where there are a variety of pubs and eating places.
The Edinburgh Festival runs for through July and August but there are many places to visit in close proximately to the apartment throughout the year. Princes St Gardens are within a few hundred yards as is Edinburgh's West End, The Kings Theatre and an Odeon Cinema.
