The apartment benefits from a WiFi connection and flat screen digital TVs and DVD players can be found in both the lounge and bedroom.
Only 20 yards from your front door you will find a Peter Yards state of the art cafe/restaurant, a Starbucks with patio area looking onto middle meadow walk and a Sainsburys supermarket.
This is a beautiful apartment, which is furnished to a luxurious specification by a leading interior designer and situated within walking distance of the city centre and Edinburgh's historical attractions. There is a vast range of pubs, clubs and restaurants virtually on your door step.
This apartment is on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by lift, therefore suitable for disabled access.
A £150 security deposit may be payable prior to your stay, this is fully refunded subject to no damage beyond usual wear and tear.

You will benefit from the superbly maintained gardens and seating areas located within this striking new development, beyond which you can stretch your legs on the Meadows, a fantastic green open space in the heart of the city. During the summer festivals you will find many of the top attractions here, virtually on your doorstep, not to mention the range of theatres, restaurants and historical attractions all within 5 minutes walk.
PARKING - There is a secure, onsite underground car park available for £16 per day. This benefits from 24 hour security patrols and CCTV is all around the development. Guaranteed peace of mind as you can leave the car safely behind at the apartment whilst you explore the city - lets face it, you won't need a car here to get around anyway!

50% deposit required in order to secure a booking. Remaining balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to stay unless booking last minute. If booking for dates within 4 weeks of stay, full balance is payable to secure the property.
You will be greeted personally with a welcome pack full of the basic essentials as well as a couple of nice treats .

The owner takes great pride in personally ensuring you enjoy your visit and will meet you at the property to show you around, handover keys and provide any other help or assistance you require. On top of this, the property benefits from a 24 hour concierge and videophone entry system.

We spent a long weekend at the apartment and were impressed by how clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated it was. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the Castle and the Royal Mile and there is a nice park practically on the doorstep. Although we ate out quite a bit, the Sainsbury's Local store located just round the corner was very convenient. We'd thoroughly recommend a stay in this apartment. |

We had the good fortune to choose Quartermile Luxury Apartment, and indeed it was! First and foremost, Eddie Harper (who owns the flat) was extremely accommodating and helpful! He provided lots of information regarding Edinburgh, maps of the apartment's location, and met us in person at the carpark. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It was thoughtfully designed, with the all the amenities one could ask for, including wifi, washer/dryer (that really works), all cooking needs, and a shower - that we have rated the best in all Great Britian! It is in wonderful location, close to all - within walking distance of all major sites and shopping. We loved looking out the windows towards the old hospital and watching the antics of the birds in the trees, we felt as if we were in a treehouse. We would definitely want to stay here again on next trip to Edinburgh, a city that we found enchanting. |
