This official 4 star (VisitScotland) apartment is a perfect central base from which to explore this wonderful city, whether you are a couple looking to enjoy the best of Edinburgh or you are visiting for business .

The apartment benefits from a WiFi connection and flat screen digital TVs and DVD players can be found in both the lounge and bedroom.

Only 20 yards from your front door you will find a Peter Yards state of the art cafe/restaurant, a Starbucks with patio area looking onto middle meadow walk and a Sainsburys supermarket.

This is a beautiful apartment, which is furnished to a luxurious specification by a leading interior designer and situated within walking distance of the city centre and Edinburgh's historical attractions. There is a vast range of pubs, clubs and restaurants virtually on your door step.

This apartment is on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by lift, therefore suitable for disabled access.


A £150 security deposit may be payable prior to your stay, this is fully refunded subject to no damage beyond usual wear and tear.

The beautifully appointed open plan, bespoke kitchen / living space ensures a wonderfully relaxing night in should you decide not to dine out. The open living space includes a dining area ideal for two, should you choose to make use of the fantastic kitchen and its facilities.
The entire apartment has recently been furnished by a leading interior design company, providing seemless luxury and comfort which flows through the apartment.
Enjoy flat screen TVs in both the lounge and bedroom, as well as WiFi connection.

You will benefit from the superbly maintained gardens and seating areas located within this striking new development, beyond which you can stretch your legs on the Meadows, a fantastic green open space in the heart of the city. During the summer festivals you will find many of the top attractions here, virtually on your doorstep, not to mention the range of theatres, restaurants and historical attractions all within 5 minutes walk.

PARKING - There is a secure, onsite underground car park available for £16 per day. This benefits from 24 hour security patrols and CCTV is all around the development. Guaranteed peace of mind as you can leave the car safely behind at the apartment whilst you explore the city - lets face it, you won't need a car here to get around anyway!

“Lovely, modern apartment conveniently situated near the city centre” We spent a long weekend at the apartment and were impressed by how clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated it was. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the Castle and the Royal Mile and there is a nice park practically on the doorstep. Although we ate out quite a bit, the Sainsbury's Local store located just round the corner was very convenient. We'd thoroughly recommend a stay in this apartment.

“Absolutely Fantastic!” We had the good fortune to choose Quartermile Luxury Apartment, and indeed it was! First and foremost, Eddie Harper (who owns the flat) was extremely accommodating and helpful! He provided lots of information regarding Edinburgh, maps of the apartment's location, and met us in person at the carpark. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It was thoughtfully designed, with the all the amenities one could ask for, including wifi, washer/dryer (that really works), all cooking needs, and a shower - that we have rated the best in all Great Britian! It is in wonderful location, close to all - within walking distance of all major sites and shopping. We loved looking out the windows towards the old hospital and watching the antics of the birds in the trees, we felt as if we were in a treehouse. We would definitely want to stay here again on next trip to Edinburgh, a city that we found enchanting.

“Best equipped rental apartment I have ever stayed in.” Delighted with the accommodation, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The comfort of the tenants was the main priority. The situation of the apartment was ideal, just a few minutes walk to the Museum of Scotland and very close to Edinburgh Castle and the main tourist attractions. We will certainly be returning.

“Perfect apartment in a beautiful city.” We were really impressed with the accommodation. The apartment was modern, clean and stocked with essentials. It was easy to find in a central location, so we were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the christmassy atmosphere. A folder featuring lists of local restaurants, bars and clubs came in very handy and was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody wanting to visit Edinburgh, we had a fantastic holiday. Thank you!

“Great modern apartment” Stayed from Friday 28th Oct - Sunday 30th Oct. Found the property to be a very good standard, great central location and Eddie was very plesent too. “Brilliant Base in Edinburgh” We recently stayed at the Quartermile Apartment owned by Eddie Harper. It is brilliant both for location in the city and all facilities. There are coffee shops and a small supermarket within a minutes walk. The 'royal mile' and a lot of restaurants are only a couple of streets away. The apartment itself is brand new, with great security and everything you could ask for included - plus a few extras, such as complimentary internet access. I would recommend this apartment to anybody wanting to stay in Edinburgh close to the action. By the way, Eddie is a great bloke to deal with as well - bonus!!

“Excellent location for the Edinburgh Festival” We really enjoyed having a flat on the Meadows, within easy walking of the main Festival Fringe venues and central Edinburgh. It was very fresh, new, well looked after. A little expensive, but all properties are dear at this time. Very convenient for a Sainsburies, Starbucks and lovely deli/coffee shop, Peter's Yard, but a little noisy in the mornings restockling those!

“Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Price” We stayed at this apartment for a few nights and found it to be in a ideal location for visiting Edinburgh. It had everything we needed and was lovely, clean and modern. We will definitely stay again and would recommend this apartment to anyone.

“Excellent, lovely apartment with all that you could want in a great location” The apartment is new in a really quiet location, close to the centre of Edinbugh. A very comfortable, well appointed and equipped apartment adjacent to a supermarket, coffee shop and restaurant. The owner, Eddie, met us at the apartment, explained everything and provided a welcome pack. Eddie was very helpful and was always on call, not that we needed him. Having stayed in apartments in the UK and Europe, this is the best we have found. We would highly recommend this apartment.

“Perfect apartment for a city break!” We were greeted with a warm welcome on arrival. The owner is very friendly and accommodating to our early arrival and questions about the city. Having internet access was very useful too! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and had everything you needed. There are many little touches that made the stay special and a very useful folder with great ideas for activities and restaurants to visit. The apartment is in good walking distance to the main attractions in the city and easy access to buses or taxis. Great for shopping, visiting the Castle and many nice restaurants close by. Perfect!

“Perfect in every way.” Old vs. new. After visiting a city as old as time, it was wonderful to come back to a beautiful new apt. with modern everything. The location can't be beat with grocery and coffee shops right there, walking distance to the royal mile, and a wonderful, huge park one block away with every activity possible going on. Loved it!!

“Absolutely Perfect!” I really don't know where to start. The service was fantastic. Eddie was so helpful from the moment I booked the apartment. We arrived earlier than the usual check in time but he said it was no problem to get it ready early for us. He was also very patient when waiting for us to find our way and met us personally at the property to show us around and explain how everything worked. The apartment itself was brilliant. It felt like everything was brand new and was unbelievably clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, including a dishwasher! Having a laptop with internet connection was also very helpful and a nice touch. The location is perfect for anyone exploring Edinburgh on foot. There's a Starbuck's next door and supermarket just round the corner as well as loads of cafe's, pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It's also fairly central to the main attractions of Edinburgh, for example the Castle, museum's and parks. The value for money was phenomenal and we would have happily paid double for the same experience. I just can't say enough about the property and the host. Thankyou!
