The apartment could not be better situated to access all that Edinburgh has to offer. During the festival, the whole of the Royal Mile (15 mins walk maximum from the apartment) is devoted to a plethora of wonderful performing arts, street theatre, music etc.

Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, shopping, local buses all within few minutes walk.

"Excellent location"

The apartment is very close to the top end of Leith Walk making it very convenient for walking to most locations. On arrival there was a smell of smoke in the rooms but after leaving the windows open for a while and the use of some air freshener this soon cleared. We found the property very clean and well equipped and very comfortable for a party of four. I personally found the double bed to be a bit hard for my liking but my wife slept well. There was ample parking with the use of a permit loaned to us and local shops restaurants and bars were very good. Overall I would recommend this property and would certainly consider using it again in the future.

"Nice Apartment - Good Location"

This is a very nice ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms , nice bathroom, kitchen with everything you need & cosy lounge in a very good location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

"Marvellous location, clean, comfortable and well equipped spacious accommodation."

This apartment is in an ideal location, round the corner from the Playhouse and next to numerous bars and restaurants and Tesco express also just a short walk to Princes Street. The flat is very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you would require and lots of extras (teabags, coffee, salt, sugar etc). Bathroom also spacious with bath and plenty of hot water, also thoughtful extras such as shampoo and shower cream (loved the soft fluffy towels). Living room very comfortable, excellent wifi and large tv and dvd player. The owners were very diligent in keeping in touch and the access was efficient and trouble free. The surprise welcome pack of milk, shortbread, fresh coffee and a lovely bottle of wine was very welcoming.

"What an amazingly good apartment, great central base for us"

We arrived at our scheduled time to find Gordon waiting for us as agreed. The handover of the apartment and keys was smooth and we both found Gordon to be very informative with the details he shared about the flat and the local area. There was milk coffee SHORTBREAD and OMG Nice WINE awaiting for us in the kitchen. What a perfect surprise! There is absolutely nothing missing from this apartment that you would need staying here. The service was second to none and be assured you will find both Gordon and Mark to be excellent to deal with. The flat is situation in walking distance to a wide range of city centre activities, we were on a girlie break so shopping and pubs were virtually on our doorstep We would definitely stay in this apartment again or in any of the other apartment Gordon and Mark have is this is the standard you get Thanks again for out wonderful short break..... You guys ROCK x

"Great base in the city"

A clean, modern apartment in a great location. Walking distance into town and free car parking space was a real bonus. We have a young baby and the apartment was child friendly and had a high chair. The kitchen is kitted out with basic essentials.

We know have a e-document to mail to Guests once they have booked, giving details of check in, departure, maps, handy tips. Also a Guest folder is now in the apartment, so you can find the nearest supermarket or how to use the dishwasher. Thanks again Mark

"Amazing Break"

Just returned from our stay and we will defentley use this accommodation the next time we are in Edinburgh . The flat is equipped with everything you need which was fantastic as we have young children. The property is really central which meant we could access the city centre easily, the free parking was a real bonus :) From the moment we booked the owners were easy to deal with. A really pleasant stay, thank you and see you when we are back for the Edinburgh Festival ( without children) Regards M and K
