The magnificent sitting room is full of period charm and is a wonderful room to sit and relax or enjoy meals round the dining table. TV, DVD, coal effect fire, broadband internet connection are all included.

Three luxury bedrooms, two of which have en suite shower rooms, are spacious and tastefully furnished, and a sunroom/breakfast room accessed through one of the bedrooms is a delightful room in which to enjoy morning coffee.

The Lothians region

For lovers of culture there are many museums, galleries and theatres to be visited and during the month of August the city welcomes visitors from all over the world for the Edinburgh Festival and associated Fringe Festival.

Edinburgh has something for everyone. Kids will love the outstanding Edinburgh Zoo, Edinburgh Castle, the Wax Museum or perhaps a ghost tour round the cobbled streets and closes of the historic old town. Guests can easily explore Edinburgh on foot, from the medieval old town with its many historic buildings of interest, to the New Town.

Edinburgh’s West End is to the West of the Princes Street and Lothian Road intersection. Its central location means that the area has many shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as Victorian residential streets.

Lothian Road has become the nexus for many arts venues – including the Usher Hall, The Edinburgh Filmhouse, the Royal Lyceum and the Traverse Theatre.
