A beautifully presented two bedroom, the second (top) floor of a modern apartment block. Great location for city breaks and family holidays in a quiet location with free unrestricted parking.

This apartment has two spacious double bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It enjoys an open outlook over playing fields to to the rear and a full width decked, balcony to the front with views to Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags, ideal to watch the festival fireworks from or just take in the view whilst relaxing.

Located in the Cameron Toll area, 2.3 miles south of Edinburgh's Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. There is a good choice of shopping outlets on hand at the Cameron Toll Shopping Centre including a Sainsbury's supermarket which is a 5 minute walk away from the apartment.

Newington is just 1.5 miles away just a 30 minute walk, with a wide range of bars and restaurants, this area has some beautiful architecture and some of the nicest houses in Edinburgh. The Commonwealth Pool is also only 1.5 miles away.

The impressive Straiton Retail Park for those that like to shop or eat out at Frankie and Benny's, McDonalds, Costa coffee, is also within easy reach just 3.5 miles away. Prestonfiled and Liberton Golf courses are close by.

There is an excellent public transport network on hand, which operates all over the city and Lothians including late into the night for those who wish to enjoy the extensive night life Edinburgh City Centre has to offer.

The city bypass and main motorway networks are also close by.

"Cant think of a better experience"
