Close to Haymarket Station and to the airport, the apartment is located on Palmerston Place across from St Mary's Cathedral. During the festival season in August, the property is ideally placed to be n the midst of the action, whilst also being a calm sanctuary to escape from the liveliness!

The Apartment

The main door leads through a dining hall, with a beautiful dark wood dining table and benches seating six, to the large sunny living room at the rear of the property. The living room has French doors opening out to an attractive patio garden, a suntrap from mid afternoon, with a gas barbecue and a seating area where guests can relax or dine outside under the rose trellis. The garden has a second upper level with attractive alcove seating and plantings.

The living room is well furnished with armchairs, two large sofas, a coffee table and a wall hung flat screen plasma TV, as well as games stations (Playstation3, Nintendo Wii), Ipod docking station and Wifi internet access.

The kitchen has a small breakfasting area and is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, food processor, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a washing machine/tumble drier. There is an ample supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware. A backdoor leads directly onto the barbecue patio.

Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom, of a comparable size to the living room, is well furnished with a double bed, large antique wardrobe and dresser, side tables and lamps. It has an ensuite shower room with shaver/electric toothbrush socket. A hairdryer is available.

The second bedroom enjoys a rear aspect overlooking the garden and is furnished with a double bed and drawer storage.

The third bedroom is to the front of the property and has a large combination of built in hanging wardrobe and drawer storage. It is has a double futon bed.

The main family bathroom has a bath with a power shower, as well as wash hand basin and WC.
