Beautiful, spacious, 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment within a traditional Victorian townhouse located only minutes from Haymarket Station & the airport bus stop, and a short walk from Princes Street and all the main sights in Edinburgh. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces for guests nearby, plus access to private gated residents' gardens. The property oozes high quality modern comfort with a traditional architectural backdrop.

Ornate cornicing decorates the spacious sitting room with dining table situated in the bay window, 40” flat screen TV + DVD player, wood burning stove in the fireplace and super comfortable sofas for you to relax on. The two large bedrooms are quietly located at the rear of the property overlooking gardens; the master bedroom has a double mahogany sleigh bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds with solid wood bedframes. A 5th guest can be accomodated on a fold-down bed with comfortable mattress. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washer-dryer and dishwasher. There is a modern bathroom with bath/shower.

As well as being within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions, the apartment is also very close to William Street with its unique selection of boutique shops (a pleasant alternative route to take when walking to Princes Street), St Mary's Cathedral (which is the largest in Scotland and very gothic looking with its 3 spires), the Water of Leith walkway (a beautiful riverside walk right through the centre of Edinburgh passing through historic Dean Village, and on to Stockbridge, home of the Royal Botanic Garden). The Scottish Gallery of Modern Art and Murrayfield Stadium are also nearby. There is a frequent bus service to many parts of the city in the main street.

Complementary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A travel cot & high chair are available on request. Milk and biscuits will be in the apartment on your arrival ready for you to enjoy that all important first cup of tea/coffee so that you can start relaxing and enjoying your stay straight away.

There are many lovely bars & restaurants within walking distance serving all types of cuisine. There are also late night supermarkets in the main street, so either way you will not go hungry!

We have a small library of guide books, tourist information, games & DVDs and our Guest Manual provides information on the apartment, neighbourhood & city centre attractions. Pre-Arrival information will be sent to you before the commencement of your stay with directions & information on the apartment, parking & other local amenities. Our housekeeper Charlotte will meet you on arrival at the apartment & assist you with all aspects of your stay.
