This bright and attractive ground floor apartment has been sympathetically renovated throughout to provide a charming pied a terre for visitors to Edinburgh. Tucked away in a quiet square just off the Royal Mile this property provides guests with an enviable central location - ideal for those wishing to explore the city on foot.

The south facing living area, with contemporary ambience, offers a seating area with a double sofa bed for larger parties. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV, Ipod docking system, internet access and a selection of books for those leisure moments. The well planned kitchen area offers every thing one could wish for when cooking at home, but with so many tempting restaurants on your doorstep, we are willing to bet that the kitchen will be very little used! It is equipped with; oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher plus a generous selection of cookware, china, glass and cutlery. A Dining table seats four in comfort. There is a washing machine housed in a separate utility cupboard located off the hall way.

The bedroom is simply but stylishly furnished with a zip and link bed, which can be arranged as a super king size or a twin on request, pretty white bed side tables and an attractive mirrored wardrobe which give the room a peaceful atmosphere. A modern shower room with large shower cabinet, toilet and wash hand basin completes the accommodation.

Edinburgh provides so many interesting sites and activities for tourists that many choose not to stray from the city, however for more adventurous souls East Lothian is only a short drive away and provides a great choice of beautiful sandy beaches and championship golf courses - North Berwick is a great family destination in the area.

A good public transport network means that Fife and Central Scotland are within easy reach for a day trip. Many guests choose to visit Glasgow which is only 45 minutes away by train.

Edinburgh

The characteristic alleyways of this area house a wonderful selection of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants as well as many of Edinburgh’s historic sites. St Giles Cathedral is a stones throw away from the apartment. Sights such as Holyrood Palace and Edinburgh Castle are a short walk.

"Clean, quiet, accessible to all the places you want to see.""

"Wonderful spot close to the Royal Mile"

We really enjoyed our three nights in Tron Square. The rooms were immaculately clean and well stocked, pleasantly arranged and comfortable. Stayed with my wife and her father; he slept in the living room. Aside for a little noise from late-night revelers, it was quiet and close to everything we needed to see and do.
