This spacious apartment accommodates up to 5 adults. The property has a large living dining room decorated in attractive neutral tones with comfortable seating grouped round a large screen TV with DVD Player. An extending dining table at one end of the room seats 6 people in comfort. There is a well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cutlery and crockery. A small table with stools is provided for informal dining purposes.

The three comfortable bedrooms sleep up to 5 people. The master bedroom has the benefit of zip and link beds which can be arranged as a super king or a twin on request and also has an en-suite shower room. A good size double bedrooms is situated to the front of the building and there is also a single bedroom. All three bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes offering good storage space.

There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Scotland's Capital city offers visitors an eclectic range of attractions ranging from historic sights such as the Castle and Holyrood Palace to Dynamic Earth and Edinburgh Zoo.

Visitors of all ages will find plenty to do and see. If you are making a longer stay then excellent public transport links allow visitors to explore Glasgow, St Andrews and Inverness.

Edinburgh

Stockbridge is one of Edinburgh's most attractive residential areas with a wealth of good local facilities such as the newly renovated Glenogle Baths, the wide open spaces of Inverleith Park and the world famous Botanical Gardens. The Water of Leith runs through this pretty part of town and is a lovely spot for either a stroll or a longer walk. Stockbridge has a great range of local shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and cafes and the delights of the city centre are only a 15 minute walk away. there are also excellent bus services to Princes Street and the Royal Mile.

"Everything you could ask for"
