The apartment is on the first floor of a very attractive Victorian tenement. The interior of the accommodation has a much period charm and offers a very spacious drawing room with an original marble fireplace and lovely cornicing. It has been furnished with very comfortable leather banquette seating placed around the fireplace. Ceiling height book cases along one wall are well stocked with plenty of books, games and Videos to entertain guests and there is a TV with BT Vision as well as a VCR. WiFi internet access is available
The well equipped kitchen with dining area overlooks attractive gardens to the back of the property. The dining area is furnished with a large table with comfortable seating for up to 6 people should you wish to eat in.
The Master bedroom, is also at the rear of the building, it is a very comfortable room; with a king-sized bed, ample wardrobe space and a desk and chair. It benefits from an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.
The generously proportioned second bedroom, comfortably accommodates 3 single beds two of which can be made up as a super king on request. It has plenty of wardrobe space and would make excellent family accommodation.

Edinburgh is world famous for it's fringe and international festival which take place in August as well as the splendid Hogmanay celebrations, but it is a year round tourist destination with plenty to see and do in every season. Most of our visitors find that one trip is simply not enough.
