This apartment is the most luxurious new flat that I have out of all my properties. It is an excellent mixture between good quality on the inside, quiet area from outside and absolutely perfect central location in the city centre. The flat boasts wonderful views of Calton Hill and Holyrood Park beside. Also nearby are grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, shopping centres, pubs, clubs, banks and more!

To be more specific I will speak more about the flat.

The position:

Hillside Street is in a very nice neighbourhood, 10 seconds walking from London Road, 20 seconds walking from Royal Garden Terrace, 3 minutes walking from Leith Walk, 4 minutes walking from John Lewis, 7 minutes walking from Princes Street, 7 minutes away from the Old Town, 9 minutes walking from Holyrood Park, 10 minutes walking from Meadowbank stadium and shopping centre, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and famous bars and pubs are all nearby.

It is perfect for people who would like to have a great experience in Edinburgh, especially since all landmarks and green sides of Edinburgh are seconds walking from the flat. It is really beautiful area and one of the nicest and richest areas in Edinburgh.

Public transports:

Bus stop is 15 seconds away from the flat and gets you anywhere in Edinburgh and some places outside Edinburgh such as Musselburgh, Tranent, Haddington and the Da Vinici Code's Rosslyn Chapel.


Everything is new in the flat as the flat was refurbished some months ago. The flat is very spacious and very comfortable. Gas heating is supplied to every room in the flat.

Wifi is available in high speed. All kitchen tools are available. Bathroom is stunning and new. There is a dining area in the flat. There is a wonderful living room, with a huge LCD TV and sofa recliner sofas set.


Three large bedrooms accommodate 8 people easily. One room is king size, one room is double, and the last one is huge twin double room. So the flat consists of 4 beds in total. Towels, covers, pillows and sheets will be supplied.

Every room has a large double wardrobe, nice dresser with mirror and chair and a bedside cabinet with a lamp.

The kitchen is completely equipped and ready for any cooking and a washing machine is available for you to use as you please.

Parking is available in front of the apartment and this is free after 5:30 pm and on Sundays. It is very cheap other times. If you are looking for totally free parking it is 2 minutes away.

"City centre perfect break away. Right near the action"

Such helpful staff who did over and above to accommodate our needs and get the room ready ASAP when we had a really early flight before arriving. Only a 5 minute walk from all the city action. Beautif… More
