The large master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, room for a cot or child's single bed and an en suite bathroom with bath, shower over and a w.c. The second bedroom provides a flexible family room either two singles, a double and room for a cot. Besides the ensuite bathroom there is a separate wal in shower room with w.c
The comfortable lounge dining kitchen is light and open plan with a utility room adjacent containing washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is well equipped, has a Tassimo coffee maker. There are children's plates cups and a steriliser.

There is a large double bedroom with en suite, second bedroom can be twin or king sized bed. There is a separate shower room and toilet. A south facing patio table catches the sun for breakfast and evening drinks. The spacious lounge with sofa bed, has well equipped open plan kitchen dining area with separate utility room.

Flat 21 is part of one of the exciting new developments on the Leith Shore. It has a shared locked garden and a secure allocated parking place with direct lift access.
Meet and greet is within the hours of 8:30am and 9:30 am is included in the price. Arrival after these hours will be subject to a further £25 charge. Care must be taken to arrive at the time agreed with the property manager. If you arrive 40 minutes later than the agreed time (without having alerted the property manger to your delay) you will be charged £25 per hour. This is deducted from the damage deposit.
Providing as much information as possible eg flight/ train arrival time will all aid a successful start to your holiday.
The Lothians region
Edinburgh is a lovely city. So much can be explored on foot. So many interests catered for- history,shopping, art galleries, even hiking- in the middle of the city stands Arthur's seat. A short climb affords spectacular views over the city, the Firth of Forth and the nearby hills and coast.
The city's festivals and tourist attractions are too numerous to list here. You may not be so familiar with those of Leith where the flat is located just 2 miles north of Princes Street. The Royal Yacht Britannia is moored at the Ocean Terminal shopping and Leisure complex which is adjacent to the flat. The cosmopolitan Leith Shore boasts some of Edinburgh's finest restaurants and bars. There is excellent public transport which runs night and day.

"Brilliant flat in a great location"
The flat was superb - very warm, cosy and comfortable with plenty of space and all the amenities/facilities/luxuries you could need! The parking and wifi are both extremely helpful and real plus points.
We walked into Leith and sampled many of the local bars and restaurants - all were brilliant and the flat is perfectly located for them. We also caught the bus into Edinburgh - the bus stop is just outside the flat and the buses are extremely regular and cheap. Can highly recommend Edinburgh christmas markets and christmas shopping.
Would definitely recommend the flat - thanks for a brilliant stay

"Relaxing in Leith - the sun even came out once or twice!"
Very helpful people. Nice flat. Well equipped kitchen. Things to do and see just round the corner. The gourmet restaurants, which were five minutes walk away looked lovely but not really suitable to go to with two lively children under five, sadly!

"Fantastic base for "girls" week-end"
My three sisters, our lively 81 year old mother and I spent a wonderful weekend in this bright, spacious , very comfortable apartment. It is ideally situated beside the Ocean Terminal with its array of shops including Marks and Spencers and its very efficient bus service into the centre of Edinburgh. The apartment has everything one could need for a week-end away - two bathrooms, very comfortable beds, dishwasher and cooker and all types of utensils and table ware, should one wish to eat in. We enjoyed long leisurely breakfasts with food from the M&S Food Hall, before heading off into the city. It was wonderful to come back after our sightseeing and shopping and sit around and relax in the very comfortable sitting room. The owner and housekeeper were a pleasure to deal with and we felt perfectly safe at all times.
