The Central Scotland/Edinburgh region

Edinburgh is a lovely city. So much can be explored on foot. So many interests catered for- history,shopping, art galleries, even hiking- in the middle of the city stands Arthur's seat. A short climb affords spectacular views over the city, the Firth of Forth and the nearby hills and coast.


Edinburgh / Leith area

The city's festivals and tourist attractions are too numerous to list here. You may not be so familiar with those of Leith where the flat is located just 2 miles north of Princes Street. The Royal Yacht Britannia is moored at the Ocean Terminal shopping and Leisure complex which is adjacent to the flat. The cosmopolitan Leith Shore boasts some of Edinburgh's finest restaurants and bars. There is excellent public transport which runs night and day.


How to get there

-Fly to Edinburgh International Airport take airport bus to Waverly Station.
-By train to Waverly Station. Short taxi ride to Ocean Terminal.
-By road follow signs to Royal Yacht Britannia,Leith.
-The Apartment is adjacent to the Ocean Terminal Shopping and Leisure Complex (where the Royal Yacht Britannia is moored). Princes St is approx 2 miles away and there is excellent public transport service available day and night.

There is a large double bedroom with en suite, second bedroom can be twin or king sized bed. There is a separate shower room and toilet. A south facing patio table catches the sun for breakfast and evening drinks. The spacious lounge with sofa bed, has well equipped open plan kitchen dining area with separate utility room.

Flat 21 is part of one of the exciting new developments on the Leith Shore. It has a shared locked garden and a secure allocated parking place with direct lift access.

For large parties- 5 and above ther is an addtional £20 laundrey charge payable direct to the housekeeper.


Conditions

A refundable breakage deposit is required plus 50% deposit before booking can be confirmed. There is a minimum let of 2 nights apart from August and Hogmanay when there is a 7 night minimum. Changeover day at these times is Saturday.

The apartment is available at a daily rate from £100 per night. Minimum stay of two nights. In the low season a special extra night free - minimum let £200.

For parties over 4 people there is an additional laundrey charge of £20 paid directly to the housekeeper.
