How lucky were we to find this little gem from the comfort of our home in Melbourne, Australia. The little cottage was perfect for the two of us, the housekeeper had even done some shopping for us. The cottage contains everything you would want for a holiday, a comfy bed, spotless bathroom and kitchen and even a washing machine! It was within walking distance of all the beautiful attractions of Edinburgh. The Botanic Gardens were within walking distance also, although if you are feeling a bit lazy there is a bus stop quite near. We loved our time in Edinburgh and particularly Colville Cottage and its surrounding area and would definitely return. |
