The sitting room offers attractive period features and there is comfortable seating for up to 6 people orientated round an attractive marble open fireplace. A TV with a Freeview Box, DVD Player and CD player have been provided so that a relaxing evening in can be enjoyed. Broadband and telephone access is available in all rooms.
The carefully planned kitchen has been fitted to a high standard with a gas hob, electric fan assisted oven and electric griddle set in granite worktops. Equipped with an integrated dishwasher, washing machine and fridge, Microwave, toaster, kettle, foreman’s grill and liquidizer as well as an additional larder fridge/ freezer you will find everything necessary to cook a meal in should you wish to prepare some of Scotland’s wonderful produce yourself.
A very useful cloakroom has a WC and wash hand basin.
There is one good sized twin bedroom on the upper floor and two bedrooms (one double and one twin) on the lower floor which have plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Both are decorated in restful neutral tones and have deep window seats and are lit by external light wells. The Master bedroom has the benefit of an en suite shower room. A second bathroom in a classic black and white theme has a bath with a shower drencher over, wash hand basin and W.C.
