Normal stay 7 nights and changeover day Saturday but we will do our best to accommodate shorter stay or different changeover day subject to our availability.

Nicely decorated 1st floor warm, cosy and central heated 1 bedroom furnished flat on Halmyre Street (quite street between Leith Walk and Easter Road). Close to City centre 30 minutes walk from the flat or all main bus routes go from Leith Walk, which is 5 minutes walk from the flat. Waverley Station 25 minutes walk from the flat. Close to many local restaurants, pubs, bars, take away shops. Close to local grocery shops, big Tesco, Lidl, 2 Scotmids. Popular area of The Shore and Royal Yacht Britannia is only 20-30 min walk.

Living room and kitchen open plan, one spacious bedroom, 3 piece bathroom, good storage space. Flat has been refurbished, there is a laminate floor throughout the flat, beautiful new and fully equipped kitchen.

Edinburgh

If you can manage to pull yourself away from the Castle then there are plenty of things that you can do in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

Experience Edinburgh's fabulous Christmas celebrations this winter. Glittering lights, fairground rides, an ice skating rink and the famous German Christmas Market combine to create a party atmosphere like no other.

Whether you want to experience 18th century Edinburgh, see a million pounds in cash or meet a Tyrannosaurus Rex, you can do it at Edinburgh's museums, and it's all free. Many museums also have excellent cafes and offer guided tours and events.
