The accommodation has a very attractive open plan living/dining/kitchen area convenient circulation which provides a great feeling of space. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave and a good selection of cutlery and crockery providing everything you could need on holiday or on a business trip.

The sitting area, with its intriguing views up the mediaeval close, is comfortably furnished with a sofa plus comfortable armchairs and, TV and DVD Player with a selection of DVDs. The apartment has been equipped with internet access - a great boon for the business traveller. Adjoining the kitchen there is a separate dining area with dining table and chairs.

Tucked to the rear of the apartment are two comfortable double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes providing useful cupboard space. The bedrooms share a bathroom which has a bath with a shower over plus toilet and wash had basin.

The Capital City of Scotland makes an excellent base for those looking for a short city break or for an extended stay as Edinburgh is linked by good transport links which makes exploring much of the rest of the country a possibility. Famed for it's historic attractions Edinburgh is also a thriving cultural city offering a wide range of museums, theatres, art galleries and the renowned Edinburgh Festival.

The Royal Mile offers the inveterate sightseer the opportunity to a host of attractions including the Castle, Holyrood Palace, St Giles Cathedral, the Whisky Heritage Centre and the Camera Obscura. There are a wide range of clubs, bars and restaurants in the area as well as excellent shopping facilities for that holiday souvenir.
