About the home

Situated in a residential area but within a few minutes walk of the vibrant city centre, this lovely apartment is truly the best of both worlds. With private underground parking and lift access to all floors, wi-fi access, a fitness suite and concierge service, it has the feel of a luxury hotel, but with all the benefits of home.

The apartment has one double bedroom with en suite shower room, one twin bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room, luxurious bathroom with shower and a spacious living room with large leather sofas and a double sofa bed. The french windows in the living room lead to a large decked garden terrace - perfect for sitting and relaxing with a glass of wine after a busy day sightseeing.

The apartment is a perfect location for holidays or business trips and has been furnished to an exacting standard. The finishings are contemporary and of a high quality. A true home-from-home in the heart of the city.

In addition, the Hogmanay Party is the world's most famous celebration of New Year, the Edinburgh Science festival is a springtime journey of discovery in its own right and the Children's Festival starts the summer with playful exuberance. We will require a deposit of 30% of the rental price to confirm a booking, along with a completed booking form. The final payment will be due 6 weeks before the arrival date. A fully refundable good housekeeping deposit is requested along with the final payment.

We also own a three bedroomed cottage in a stunning location on the Berwickshire coast which sleeps up to 8 (Kittiwake Cottage, home ref 10060) - why not combine a break in the city with a week enjoying East Lothian and the Scottish Borders.
