About the home
The 2 bedrooms each have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning plus ceiling fans in all rooms including on the patio. Large LCD TV with satellite connection and DVD. Internet connection in apartment. A personal electric golf cart which can be used to drive around Eden Island.
There is a well-equipped gym at the club house as well as a swimming pool and delicatessen.
Three private beaches are a short walk from the apartment as well as another swimming pool nearby.
There are two kayaks for your use to explore the little Islands in the Marine Reserve. The snokelling is excellent right off the little beaches on Eden Island. (You will need to bring your own snorkelling gear.)
Eden Island is situated 5 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Victoria, the capital of Mahe.
Excursions to other islands can be arranged, as well as diving and snorkelling trips. Fishing and yacht chartering can be arranged from the marina.
There are over 70 beaches on Mahe and magnificent walks in the mountains.
The apartment is situated in a very quiet part of the Island - well away from any construction noise (they are building the new commercial centre on the other side).

The Mahe region
Eden Island Marina is situated off Mahe, the main island in the Seychelles archipelago in the Indian Ocean, 4 degrees latitude south of the equator. It is a tropical paradise with white coral beaches and turquoise seas ideal for snorkelling, scuba diving, deep sea and fly fishing.
The temperature ranges between 27 and 32 degrees C and water temperature the same. There are over
70 magnificent beaches on Mahe alone!
The island is also mountainous, with beautiful hikes/walks through luscious vegetation.
The History of the Seychelles is full of storeys of pirates and hidden treasure!
The Eden Island / Roche Caiman area
Eden Island itself is a luxury resort with rim-flow swimming pool, clubhouse with well equipped gym, delicatessen, restaurants and a boat charter for pleasure cruises, scuba diving and deep sea fishing. Trips to nearby islands can be arranged.
Car hire and pick-up service from the airport is also available. Children are catered for with a "kid's Club" to keep them busy and a children's pool. Extra daily servicing of the apartment can also be arranged.
Two kayaks (one single, one double) with life-jackets are for guests use as well as a golf cart to use on Eden Island. Two private beaches a short walk from the apartment, plus swimming pool.

the appartment is very cosy, everything is in excellent condition, location is perfect. Golf car is very convinient, supermerket nearby has essential staff, fresh fish from local fishermen you can buy just accross the bridge from the island - we had a good deal buying 1 meter long dorado at 40 rupees plus 40 for cleaning and making it into fillet.
