From the moment you enter our spacious, air-conditioned townhouse, you will be encompassed by comfort and style from where panoramic views of the sea and lush majestic mountains can be enjoyed from every room.
The luxurious Maison is well appointed with refined décor in natural earthy tones, featuring 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8) with en-suite bathrooms, open plan lounge, dining and fully fitted kitchen with top of the range appliances.
Two bedrooms spill out onto a large balcony with 4 recliners. Third bedroom on top floor sleeps 4 (two single beds and a queen sleeper sofa).
The living/dining room spill out onto a spacious patio with an 8 seater dining, 4 large chairs with footstools and Weber barbeque. The patio links onto a private landscaped garden and jetty.
The house is superbly positioned with the beach a mere 50m away. All facilities such as beaches, bars, restaurants, fitness centre, delicatessen and communal swimming pools are within walking distance or may be accessed with your own golf cart.
Eden Island resort is centrally located for Island hopping, diving, fishing, discovering your own intimate beaches and exploring the unique fauna and flora of the island.
Our townhouse is suited for the luxury traveler that has a large family, or for friends that need to get away from it all or simply for companies on business. We have the space and privacy, that little something that sets us apart from the apartments.
To make our guests feel more at home and ensure that they enjoy their well deserved break, we have included some in-house services, such as meals, laundry etc. Please inquire.

The Mahe region
Mahé is the main and largest island of the Seychelles with the Seychelles International airport 11 km south-east of the capital, Victoria. Victoria is located on the east coast of the island and is well worth a visit with its famous clock tower which is a smaller replica of Big Ben. Other attractions are the National Museum dedicated to island history, the graceful colonial mansions and old plantations.
For nature lovers, The 100 year old Botanical Gardens with its fantastic collection of tropical plants, coco-de-mer, orchids and not to mention the giant tortoises, is well worth a visit. Mahé also has nature walks and trails amongst the Morne Seychellois National Park, where the lush tropical vegetation and majestic granitic mountains can be explored.
For the sun lovers, there are over 75 stunning beaches scattered around the island each offering something unique and exclusive, whether it be water sports, snorkelling, surfing or sailing, there is something for everyone.
Mahé is surrounded by a string of satellite islands, six of which are found just off the east coast and help to create Victoria's natural harbour. Sainte Anne is the largest of the six and is the site of the five star Sainte Anne Resort. Ile au Cerf used to be the home of the novelist, Wilbur Smith. Ile Moyenne shelters a double mystery - a pirates treasure and the ghost of an old woman who lived there with her dogs. Ile Longue used to be a quarantine station and is now a prison. Ile Cachee is just a tiny dot in the ocean and Ile Ronde's main attraction is its excellent restaurant, Chez Gaby, set in an old leper's camp. These island are easily accessible by boat and are a short distance away from Mahe
Seychelles is a tropical island with a consistently stable climate with temperatures ranging between 24-31 degrees Celsius all year round. There are only two seasons - the cooler season during the southeast monsoon that stretches from late May to September and the warmer season during the northeast monsoon that lingers from March to May.
Eden Island is located just off the east coast of the main island of Mahe and is linked to the mainland by a 300m bridge. Eden Island is conveniently positioned with Mahe International airport and Victoria centre only 10 minutes away by car. The inner-islands can also be reached easily with a regular network of air and sea transportation. Boat charters can be arranged to leave from Eden Island's marina or private jetties.
Eden Island is a residential marina development featuring luxurious apartments, maisons (townhouses) and colonial style villas, each with its own mooring connecting to 16 hectares of waterways and the international marina. The entire island is created around communal living principles with communal spaces, beaches, pathways, landscaped areas, clubhouse complete with fully equipped gym, lounge, swimming pools and Deli.
The newly opened Eden Plaza (mall) is one not to missed with its top of the range boutiques and restaurants.
Eden Island is a motor vehicle-free zone, allowing only EPV's to be driven on the pathways thus making it a peaceful and safe environment.

Can see why they call it Eden Island. It really comes with amazing white sand beaches, beautiful pool and car free environment. Maison 83 was perfect for us. The bifold doors are my favorite feature. … More

"Home from Home"
Caliope was wonderful! Our son was rowing from Australia to the Seychelles and obviously we struggled in forecasting when and for how long we would be in her Maison. Caliope put up with all our indecisions and even sent us a bottle of champagne and touching note to welcome Angus in - 71 days at sea and now holding youngest and fastest 4-man crew. We were able to entertain other rower's families, very importantly get on the internet to follow The Boys in their last week in, relax in front of the TV, sleep in very comfortable beds, have girls to clean for us during the weekdays, rent cars and tour the fabulous island. Do visit The Station for a snack, drink or supper, the Mission for the views, walk to Anse Major from Danzil, Anse Intendance, have a curry lunch at Anse Soleil - too much to do. Enjoy it as much as we did. Thank you.

This was my second stay at this Maison and was even more impressed than my first visit. The attention to detail is astounding with special home made essential oil soap provided for added luxury. Brochures are also provided with extensive information about the island of Seychelles, restaurants, day trips, hiring of charters and even local recipes. The Maison is provided with all that one requires for a very comfortable stay. One never tires of the view onto the marina with the mountain as a backdrop. Looking forward to my next stay at this luxury Maison and a big thank you to Caliope Salerno for ensuring that all ran smoothly from booking, arrival and departure.
I am ecstatic to hear that we were able to impress you even more than your first stay. We feel that when guests stay with us they should feel right at home with all the comforts of home and more. We are always looking for ways to improve the ambiance of our townhouse to allow guest to relax in total luxury from the moment they step into our home.

"Maison 83 a wonderful holiday - perfection"
We (3 friends) decided to travel to the Seychelles for the wedding of the son of another dear friend. We had very definite ideas on the style and quality of accommodation that we were seeking.
Our first enquiry about the availability of Maison 83 with the owner - Caliope - confirmed everything we had read on Tripadvisor. Every question we asked was responded to incredibly quickly. To say that both Maison 83 and Caliope's assistance went beyond our expectations would be an understatement! We decided that we would like to have a chef prepare a special Creole style dinner for the bride and groom, friends and family at Maison 83 and asked Caliope for help. This was arranged to perfection with the magnificent Erica (the housekeeper) making sure our evening was a wonderful memory.
Maison 83 is a beautiful property and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
I am really pleased that you enjoyed your stay and that all your expectations were met leaving you with many wonderful memories., after all that is what it is all about.
I really hope that we can have you stay with us again!

"Exceptional location and luxury apartment"
The apartment is located in one of the best places in Seychelles and it really caters for all kind of groups. It is luxurious and we have enjoyed our stay. Erica assisted us and were very friendly and accomodated our need in cleaning the apartement. The taxi service that Caliope has arranged from the airport to the apartment were very good. We used the services of Dave for the whole week that we were there. We can really recommend this apartment to anyone as it is worth it!!

"Maison 83 is lovely!"
Maison 83 is a high quality, modern and fully equipped 3 bedroom villa on the beautiful Eden Island in Mahé.
It is a 15 min drive from the airport, and the house provides all the mod cons needed for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, wifi, boards games, DVDs, top notch cooking appliances and gorgeous views of the marina with a private garden and jetty.
Beautiful family friendly beaches are a 2 minute walk from the villa, with a shopping plaza (with supermarket) and Marina, with a good selection of restaurants and bars, a 5 min buggy drive away.
The housekeeper Erica is very welcoming and happy to give you tips and suggestions for what to see and do on the Island, and the owner Caliope was pleasant and efficient with our booking requests, going over and above providing a great service.
I highly recommend staying here! Many thanks for making our trip a great one :)

"Perfect place to stay"
our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights. We have 2 kids aged 8 and 3 and it was so perfect. the townhouse is beautiful and has so many amenities and touches and is just a stones throw away from a beautiful beach (one of several on eden island). The deli on the island has a great but small selection of foods, the tennis court and swimming pools were great, the electrics cars were a hit with the kids. We also received lots of really helpful advice and care from the owner and from madeline from restaurants to rental cars. Rental car for exploring is highly recommended. We took an island hopping trip to praslin and la digue with creole travel which while expensive was not too much more than a return trip to one island with the main ferry company. The townhouse was a great retreat after busy days exploring. It has a great BBQ so that you cook your fresh fish.. A great family vacation!

"Eden Island Townhouse is superb"
We went as a couple. Both of us are fastidious about cleanliness and things working as they should. My review below is totally objective as a paying client who just visited Seychelles for the first time. March or April is a good month to go.
We had a week in Number 83 Townhouse. It is in a perfect location. It is luxurious, well appointed and everything exceeded our expectations. It has the lot.
One minus......I had paid for wifi with the rental payment up front and there was a problem for the first couple of days but it was eventually sorted out.
The location, the facilities (restaraunts,shops etc.,) on Eden Island and the service we received was first class. Having the exclusive use of electric golf buggie is another touch of class. I would definitely recommend this place very highly. No 83 Townhouse should be up near the top of your wish list. If you can afford to rent a small car for a week and see the rest of the island it makes it even better.
If I am being really picky just to find a fault I could say..........Perhaps the owner could consider changing towels and sheets more than once a week in the tropical weather. You tend to shower at least twice a day. This was not a real problem and nothing detracts from the fact that it is "Paradise found". If you are considering Seychelles I would give this place a search priority as it is 5 star.

"Luxury Townhouse with lots of room"
My family, which included two teenage girls, were lucky to stay in this beautiful property located just off the main island of Mahe, Seychelles. The townhouse is definitely worthy of being called a 5 star property. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that could possibly be needed. The bedrooms ( three in all) are gorgeous and all come with their own bathroom facilities. There are outside lounge areas outside the bedrooms on the balconies and a main patio fully equipped on the main level. Outside the back door and just steps away is the marina. We hired a boat for our last day and they picked us up at the dock right outside. Each townhouse comes with it's own golf cart as vehicles are not allowed in the housing development. There are several beaches and a few pools to choose from if you don't want to explore Mahe or any of the neighboring islands. The restaurants were good and not too badly priced. There is also a little convenience store where we were able to pick up some supplies, like toliet paper, bread, sandwich meat and ice cream. Eden Island is in the process of building a more comprehensive business centre which should bring more comfort to the residents. There was also a spa which we did not use because we did not have enough time. We did rent a car for the week and were able to explore Mahe at our leisure. There is parking facilities for the cars and golf carts. We enjoyed our week at Eden Island and were glad that we were able to come. Thanks!!
