The apartment is a large (100m2) two bedroom apartment with one double bedroom and one twin, both en suite with showers and WC. The first bedroom has a large double bed and gives onto the front terrace with views over the basin and back to the mountains. The 2nd bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower has a private WC and views of Sainte Anne and Cerf.
The apartment's sitting room also gives onto the very spacious front terrace and open American kitchen, fully equipped with all modern necessities, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc.

Although Eden Island is an unfinished development, there are still many of the facilities already finished and open to the residents. 2 communal swimming pools, with changing areas, fully equipped gym, with all brand new machines and a deli from which you can buy all your food for the time that you spend on the island. Small but perfectly stocked with every necessity.
There is a 10m x 4.55m mooring available, if you wish to hire a boat at any point, so you can have your own private mooring, merely metres from the apartment.

Please note that Eden Island has it's own website and the development progress can be verified at any point. Almost all the apartment blocks are finished and it's a very comfortable site, with little nuisance, but there is still construction at the back of the island, which explains the lower rental rates. The Mahe region


The Seychelles is an incredible country with temperatures never varying between 24 and 30 degrees all year round. There are 115 official islands and many of them can be visited during the day with the possibility of staying on a few over-night.
The main island of Mahe is where you will find the international airport and 80% of the population. The capital of Victoria has the charming accolade of being the smallest capital in the world and still finding room for a bustling daily market and an array of colourful local shops.
Praslin is the second largest island and often the most visited place after the mainland. A beautiful island surrounded by stunning beaches. The other islands each have their own charm and enough to keep you busy for your entire stay!
The Eden Island area
Eden Island is a beautiful marina development sat in the east of Mahe only minutes away from the capital of Victoria and 10 minutes from the main international airport.
Once finished, Eden Island will boast nearly 500 stunning properties, each with their own mooring and golf buggy. Fully equipped kitchens, incredible designs and spacious rooms with large terraces giving onto nearly every bedroom.
Eden Island currently boasts a state of the art gym, two communal swimming pools and a small delicatessen for all your self-catering needs.

Eden Island is accessed by car (by bridge) from the main island of Mahe only 10 minutes drive from the international airport towards the capital of Victoria.
To access the other islands, Eden Island is only a short drive from the main port of Victoria where you can take the inter-island ferry to visit Praslin, La Digue etc or back 10 minutes drive to the domestic airport to visit Desroches, Bird island, Denis etc

The apartment is really nice and situated in the quiet part of Eden Island. The terrasse is amazing and the BBQ is a very nice supplement to the very upscale kitchen. Eden Island features a lot of activities for children including playground, swimming pools and a nice beach. Can stronly recommend renting your own car and explore Mahe Island for a day or two. |
