A beautiful three bedroom apartment situated just yards from the beach in a recently refurbished, Regency Town House and located just minutes from the town centre, theatres and Eastbournes many restaurants and coffee bars.
This Spacious and well-appointed apartment has been recently furnished in a modern style offering 3 bedrooms’, two generous doubles, one with an en-suite luxury shower room, and one twin room. There is a separate main luxury bathroom comprising of a large bath with shower and WC.
The promenade, busy Pier and main seafront area with beach cafe bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The harbour, local swimming pool and gym are just over a mile away or simply enjoy Eastbournes’ great tourist facilities. The bustling Brighton town centre is a short train or bus ride away, so there really is something for everyone. .

The property has a colour TV with built in DVD player, and the dining table seats 8. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fitted oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. Two bathrooms, one ensuite, both with showers. Full gas central heating is provided during the winter months..
A cot is available if required

Eastbourne has many accolades it has won in recent years.

Including England's Top Holiday Resort Award, The Britain in Bloom Award for the quality and beauty of its parks, gardens & floral displays and also the European Blue Flag Award for the quality of its beaches and sea water.

The countryside around the town is beautiful at any time of the year and some of the best scenery in Sussex is only a short walk or bus ride away.

Glyndebourne is less than half an hours drive from Eastbourne. For families there are many attractions including the popular Drusillas Zoo and Park.

The Eastbourne area

Eastbourne boasts more hours of sunshine than almost any other English holiday resort and with the apartments being located on the seafront and within walking distance of all facilities it is ideal for small families and couples seeking a seaside holiday. No car is necessary because all facilities are within walking distance of the apartments including many restaurants and cafe bars. Take a walk along the beautiful promande or ride the doto train or open top bus. Cycle hire, boat trips, sailing and miniature golf are all close by for the family to enjoy.

There are many events in and around Eastbourne throughout the year from the Glyndbourne Festival, Eastbourne Tennis week, now to include the mens tennis as well as the women. Along with French Markets, Firework concerts and the superb annual airshow in August.
