About the home

This lovely two bedroom modern apartment is located on the beach at Club Britannia a very nice block of self catering apartments. The position of the property is ideal for beach lovers, and also in a location which is minutes of the town centre and all other amenities. The flat is situated on the lower ground floor and although it does not have direct sea views it is light and spacious.

A spacious two bedroom apartment which has been furnished in a modern style and located on the seafront in Eastbourne minutes from all amenities.

Walks along the promenade to the busy Pier and main seafront area with beach cafe bars , or the other direction to The Sovereign Centre and Princess Park. This apartment is situated across from a sand and pebble beach. There are many facilities for children close by and the town centre of Eastbourne is also easily accessible on foot.

The accommodation does sleep up to 7 people in a twin with extra single bed, double and sofa bed located in the living room. There are two additional sofas, colour TV with built in DVD player, and a dining table seats 7. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fitted oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. The two bedrooms are spacious one double and one twin with extra bed, and two bathrooms, one being a shower room. For the winter months full gas central heating is provided.
