About the home

The accommodation is light and spacious with a lovely through living room with patio doors leading out to the garden and beach beyond. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and sofa bed and the dining area is furnished with table and chairs. The kitchen is fitted with free standing gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, and microwave. There is a shower room together with the second bathroom. The bedrooms are one twin, one single and one double

The rear garden is paved, and across a private road is the pebble and sand beach. The front has a private driveway and a double garage no more than 2 cars are permitted on the premises. if more than 2 cars they must be parked in the adjacent road.

The Eastbourne / Pevensey Bay area

Pevensey Village is located approximatley 8 kilometers outside Eastbourne. Pevesney Bay is a lovely fishing village with all local tourist shops and some good restaurants and Pubs. The old town of Pevensey has the famous castle and from here are some lovely walks to Normans Bay. The beach is a lovely stretch of sand and pebble. Just down the road is the ASDA super store, and cinima and retail park. and access to the famous Noth and South Harbour with lovely shops and restaurants.

Fly to Gatwick there are trains from Gatwick directly to Eastbourne when you arrive at Eastbourne train station taxis are availalbe outside the station. Blue Sea's is located in Pevensey Bay approximately a 15 minute drive from the train station
