Located in the private gated delopment of "The Piazza" a beautiful two bedroomed ground floor apartment with easy access and huge south facing terrace ideal for dining sunbathing or children's play area. From the apartment and terrace there are uninterrupted views of the water and colourful boats. Great place to sit and watch the sunset over the South Downs in the distance.

The bedrooms consist of one en suite double with its own terrace access together with another bedroom with large bunks beds. There is a fully fitted separate kitchen with breakfast bar.
