Located in the private gated delopment of "The Piazza" a beautiful two bedroomed ground floor apartment with easy access and huge south facing terrace ideal for dining sunbathing or children's play area. From the apartment and terrace there are uninterrupted views of the water and colourful boats. Great place to sit and watch the sunset over the South Downs in the distance.

The bedrooms consist of one en suite double with its own terrace access together with another bedroom with a double bed. There is a fully fitted separate kitchen with breakfast bar and coffee machine. The lounge has two sofas and dining table with patio doors leading on to a L shaped terrace laid with flowers shingle and stones. Our property is now fitted with wi fi as well.

The en suite consist of WC basin and shower the main bathroom also benefits from a bath as well. Plenty of storage space in each bedroom and hall.

Safe car parking in private gated central area surrounding landscaped gardens. Easy access from the private car parking space in to the apartment without use of lifts stairs or slopes.

All access points via the marina walk ways, car parking or gardens are well lit and have security cameras. The beach restaurants or shops can be accessed by foot without crossing roads.

Eastbourne

Located on one of the largest Marinas in Europe this a great place for a year round holiday location. Ideal for a weeks break with or without the family and perfect for a long weekend break any time. Eastbourne is a lively interesting and entertaining year round holiday location with an excellant choice or restaurants four threatres plenty of pubs and even a few night spots.

Some of the many events throught out the year include the International Ladies Tennis Championships, Airbourne the biggest free four day air show inSouth England. International Sailing Regattas plus loads more smaller events including concerts fairs and markets. Behind the beach the promenade streaches for more than 4 miles from Sovereign Harbour to the foot of Beachy head and the South Downs.

"Private, clean, peaceful and beautiful views of inner harbour"

This is our third time of visiting this accommodation and each time it never ceases to impress. The accommodation is always clean and tidy, car parking is private and within easy access of Eastbourne and surrounding areas. Being on one level and having a bathroom and en-suite is ideal when travelling with elderly relatives.
