Fly to Gatwick or Heathrow

Train from Victoria Station to Eastbourne approximately one hour and 40 minutes or Gatwick airport approximately 45 minutes .

By car, from the M25, take A22 to Eastbourne and follow signs to Sovereign Harbour North.

Buses or taxis are readily available for the 5 minute journey.

This third floor apartment is accessed by lift and stairs, has a twin and a double bedroom.
Patio doors from the living room access the large balcony which provides magnificent views of the beach, sea and harbour entrance. The cooker has an electric oven/electric hob, iron and ironing board. The kitchen has ample cookware, crockery and cutlery. Towels and bed linen are provided but not beach towels.

Apartment can accommodate 5th / 6th person sleeping on an electric premier raised double aero bed which inflates in 3 minutes with remote inflation and comfort control .

Further details outdoors:
There is an allocated parking space. Bimini Court is in a brand new development of six buildings with an attractive boardwalk to reach the buildings with three sails to complete the nautical theme.

It is ideally situated for walks over bridges and locks to reach a retail park with a cinema complex, gym, numerous shops and an Asda Superstore. A petrol station is located within this complex.

There are numerous cycle trails. Pevensey fishing village, castle and seafront is also close by.


Conditions

Please do not use the apartment's towels for either the beach or swimming pool use.
Please arrive after 4 pm on start date and depart by 10 am latest on last day of holiday.

Sorry no smokers or pets please.

For bookings made 8 weeks before arrival date, a 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and must be sent with the booking form. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to start of holiday.

For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date, the total balance must be made to secure the booking.

A refundable security deposit of £150 is required against breakages and damages with the balance. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of return of the keys if no damage to property or contents or excessive cleaning needs.

It is recommended that you take out travel insurance which includes cancellation cover.

Change over day is a Saturday.
