Club Britannia are one bedroom apartments located directly on the seafront . Walks along the promanade to the busy Pier and main seafront area with beach cafe bars , or the other direction to The Sovereign Centre and Princess Park. The apartments have direct sea views and are situated accross from a sand and pebble beach. There are many facilities for children close by and the town centre of Eastbourne is also easily accessible on foot.

Fly to Gatwick there are trains from Gatwick directly to Eastbourne when you arrive at Eastbourne train station ttaxis are availalbe directly outside the station. The apartmnet is approximately a 5 minute drive from the train station

The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people in a double bedroom and a sofa bed located in the living room. There is a dining area with table and 4 chairs.and colour T.V. Central heating is availailable in the winter months. The living room opens onto a compact fitted and equipped kitchen with midrowave together with cooker and hob, and under work surface fridge. The main bathroom has a shower cubicle together with a hand wash basin and toilet suite. The en-suite bathroom is furnished with full size bath, hand wash basin and toilet suite. There are laundrey facilities in the building for the sole use of all residents.

There is good swimming from the beach oposite, and just down the road is the commercial swimming pool. The Pier is within walking distance. A cafe bar is adjacent to the building.

There is a £100 house returnable deposit which is against any accessive cleaning, and small breakages.
