Park Gates is located minutes from the seafront and town centre. All theatres are also within walking distance surrounding the building are communal gardens, and there is parking for one vehicle.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, full size fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a separate toilet to the main bathroom, bath with shower fitment,. and hand wash basin The living room is comfortably furnished and has a full size colour T.V. Surrounding the building are delightful communal gardens and off street parking
