About the home

The accommodation is situated on the first floor, and set out on two floors. On the firstfloor there is an elegant and spacious living room with dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with washing machine, cooker and hob, refridge/freezer and microwave. The bedrooms are located on the upper level and are two twins, and one double. The bathroom is fitted with a modern suite comprising of full size bath with power shower over, toilet suite and hand wash basin. There is a communal paved area outside and also one parking space

There is a communal patio area at the side of the property. Just across the road is a lovely Spanish and Italian Restaurant. A walk up to the seafront should only take 5 minutes and the town centre is also just round the corner. The Devonshire theatre is located at the end of Chiswick Place, and just round the corner are the Winter Gardens and a Italian Coffee bar.

BankStrictly no smoking or pets in any part of the building and in the apartment. House deposit of £100 is charged to cover for any damage, or excessive cleaning. On booking the property a fee of £200 is paid and six weeks prior to your arrival the full balance of money is payable.
