A walk up to the seafont should only take 5 minutes and the town centre is alos just round the corner. The Devonshire theatre is locatd at the end of Chiswaik Place, and just round the corner are the Winter Gardens and a Italian Coffee bar.

Stricktly no smoking or pets in any part of the building and in the apartment. House deposit of £100 is charged to cover for any damage, or accessive cleaning. On booking the property a fee of £200 is paid and six weeks prior to your arrival the full balance of money is payable.
