Canary Quay is located on the South Harbour. The apartment is furnished in a modern style, and guest can dine whilst watching the boats coming and going and the clinking of the sails. The master bedroom has a good size shower room and there is a further family bathroom also with shower fitment over the bath. Arriving at the apartment the car can be parked in the underground parking bay and a lift then goes straight up to the apartment, alternatively walk through the main entrance of the block and up the flight of stairs.

Outside there is also parking for visitors. Through the coded gate there are walks along the quay side to the many restaurants on the harbour front. Lovely walks along the beach to Eastbourne's town Centre. The Crumbles retail park is also within walking distance here there are many shops a Cinema and Asda Super Store, .Next and Boots chemist, 5 minutes down the road is the pretty fishing village of Pevensey Bay where there is a lovely sandy beach.
