This holiday terraced cottage has 3 double bedrooms, a dining room (off the kitchen) and a separate Living room which make for reasonably spacious holiday accommodation. The house furniture has a contemporary feel with solid wood floors in the hall and dining room area. The kitchen was re-tiled last year and although quite small has everything that you need in it. Outside the Patio Garden is a real suntrap and was re-paved and re-rendered last summer. The downstairs bathroom has a shower over bath and basin. There is the wc and small basin on the upstairs landing. There are 2 leather sofas in the Living room . An extra single bed can be requested in the largest bedroom so the room effectively becomes a triple room. Just let me know in advance.

There are lots of things to see and do. Historic Lewes, Druzillas Wildlife Zoo, The Downs, Sovereign Harbour Marina and Eastbourne Seafront are all close by.

"A neat and tidy and value for money holiday home"

We are a family of 5 (children aged 14,12 and 10) who stayed in Albion Cottage for three weeks this summer. Although the house is in a fairly dense residential area, we found it to be very quiet (apart from the seagulls in the early mornings!) and were able to park our hire car nearby. The seafront is a ten minute walk away and the town twenty minutes, which suited us well.
The house itself was well-equipped and provided an easy to use space for us all. Jonathan, the owner, was very helpful and made sure that everything was okay. All in all, we had a great stay and I would recommend this house to families who want value for money accommodation.

Thanks so much for your review. Just like to say that we have now added a new Memory foam Mattress topper to the middle bedroom bed which has improved the bed's comfort enormously. Thanks Jon
