"Wonderful views and Exhilarating sea breezes"
I highly recommend this lovely beach bungalow. We stayed in October and the beach was so quiet, a real get away from it all holiday. The property was really lovely, very clean, well furnished and equipped. We loved the retro styling which reminded us of our youth, and made a refreshing change from most holiday rentals. The main reason for booking this property was because they accept dogs, this proved to be a really good choice as the beach is literally the other side of the little fence, perfect for making the most of low tide with your canine friend.
The resorts of Eastbourne, Hastings and Brighton and the pretty town of Rye are all within an easy drive, but the best part of the holiday was just relaxing in this very comfy bungalow.
The beds are so comfortable, we slept like logs. Apart from the waves we could not hear another thing, bliss.
Look out for the little fox at breakfast time, he/she appreciates the odd leftover scrap of food too.
In summary great for a fun family holiday, perfect for a romantic couples breaks.

"Fantastic beach house for families"
Just wanted to say that we had a wonderful break. The cottage is lovely and the location on the beach can't be beat. Even with the cold and rain we still had a blast. It was very convenient for touristy sites, though we spent most of our time just relaxing at the house. It was really lovely and we're already talking about booking again next year. My son has been asking non-stop when we can go back to the "boat bed house" (as the kids' beds had boats on the duvets).
