The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with floor and wall mounted cupboards, and work surfaces. There is a washer dryer, double electric oven with a 4 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The family bathroom leads from the hall with bath with a shower fitment hand wash basin, and toilet. The master bedroom is a very spacious double with sea views, and there is a double wardrobe and en suite shower room. A door from this room also leads out to the balcony. There is an allocated parking space and a visitors parking space. From the apartment walks along the key side over the bridge to the Harbour cafe's and restaurants and to the complex where all the major retail shops can be found including Asda super store. Princess Park and the yacht club are also within walking distance and from this end of the seafront you can ride your bike and skate. Pevensy fishing village and seafront is also close by..
Further details
Towels and linen are provided but not beach towels. We take a house deposit of £100 which is returned at the end of your stay and covers for any excessive cleaning and breakages. This apartment is available all year round.
