This spacious accommodation is located over two floors, making the most of the stunning beach views. Stairs lead up to the first floor landing and leading into a large family kitchen with dining table and seating comfortably for 8 people. The fully fitted kitchen includes microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer. There is full gas heating available for the winter months. The lovely light living room has direct sea views and leading from this room is the dining area with a door leading out to the balcony. There is a bathroom and separate W/C on this floor. Further stairs lead up to the three bedrooms. The master is a large double with en suite bathroom which also can be accessed from the hall. Two twin bedrooms both have direct sea views.

There is a small balcony which is accessed from the dining area, with direct sea views. From the apartment there are walks either along the seafront to Holywell and then directly to the town centre or the other direction leading along the seafront to the South Harbour. The famous Eastbourne Pier is in view of the flat and many good restaurants are within walking distance. No need for a car here!!

This apartment can be rented through out the year and there is a house deposit charged of £100 which is payable on booking. Linen and towels and all the services are included in the rental price.

"Marvelous stay"

"Lovely family friendly beachside apartment"

This is a roomy 3 bed apartment with lovely beach views. Apartment clean and well stocked with good sized beds. Beach is across road. Has its own parking space which is handy as does get busy.

Our children (11, 8 and 6) loved apartment and location.

The main road outside does get busy especially morning and early evening, mostly with coaches. Didn't bother us but might bother some.

If we go back to eastbourne would def book same apartment
