Enter into the beautiful apartment and immediately see the spacious and light accommodation. The hall has a fitted cupboard with hanging space. Walk into the spacious and light living room sun all day long, there is a seating area and flat screen T.V. with sky channels and DVD player. French doors lead out to the balcony for those alfresco evenings. Just before the beautifully fitted kitchen is a dining table set up with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and there is a full size integral fridge/freezer, dish washer and washer dryer. There is an electric stainless steel hob and oven. The master bedroom is a double and there is a dressing area before you get to the spacious fully tiled shower room which has a hand wash basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is a twin (two singles) and opposite this room is a family bathroom also with hand wash basin and toilet, bath with shower fitment.

From the apartment you can walk along to the retail stores and a super market. The other way to the seafront and the Sovereign Centre for the indoor pool. A bus from outside the apartment goes to Eastbourne town centre.
