The apartment consists of a bright lounge/dining room with sea views and balcony access, a fully equipped kitchen and family bathroom. The master bedroom comes complete with king size bed, ensuite facilities and balcony access. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds which can be linked together to make an additional king size bed.
The flat is situated on the second floor and is accessible via a lift. The property also has an allocated parking space within the secure development.
The apartment was refurbished throughout last year and features all new high end furniture and soft furnishings. It is equally well suited to corporate lets and relaxing family getaways.
The apartment is situated close to a multitude of attractions. After a long day visiting historic sites, children parks or the famous Eastbourne promenade this apartment offers a home away from home with SKY tv, Nintendo wii, dvds and classic board games.

The apartment has been designed with children in mind. Wood floors ensure spillages aren't are problem and most furniture has rounded corner edges to offer protection for younger guests. Travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
Guests can enjoy a view of the sea and lovely walks directly from the apartment to the shops and restaurants located in the harbour complex. Guests can also enjoy walks along the seafront to Eastbourne town.

There is allocated parking for guests of the apartment close to the entrance door and within the secure developement. Additional visitor parking is also available. In the centre of the development is a communal garden play area for young children.
The complex, located with in a short walk of the apartment, offers many major retail shops including Asda, Boots and Next. Princess Park and the yacht club are also within walking distance and from this end of the seafront you can ride your bike and skate.
With the Sovereign Harbour leisure centre just a few minutes away guests can enjoy the wave machine and slides in the swimming pool before heading to the Cineworld cinema complex for a well earned rest.
Towels and linen are provided but not beach towels. We take a house deposit of £100 which is returned at the end of your stay and covers for any excessive cleaning and breakages.

The South East England region
The South East of England is generally considered to be the driest part of the UK and Eastbourne has the enviable record of the highest number of hours of sunshine of any coastal resort in the UK.
All around the area there are places of interest. The countryside around the town is beautiful and offers some of the best scenery in Sussex within a short walk or bus ride. The South Downs lie to the West and North of the town and are officially classified as an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. Nearby are countless beauty spots such as Birling Gap and Beachy Head and the local villages offer a fine selection of country pubs.
The area is full of history surrounding the 1066 landing of William the Conqueror. Trips to Pevensey and Herstmonceux castles or the Redoubt fortress and military museum will entertain and educate. When you feel like stepping back to modern day you can pop into the Towner Contemporary Arts Museum.
The area has a host of attractions that will entertain children of all ages. These include Drusillas zoo, Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park and the slides and wave machine at Sovereign Leisure Centre.
At Dominica Court you are well placed to enjoy the numerous outdoor activities in the area. Whether it’s a relaxing round of golf at Royal Eastbourne, gentle fishing in the harbour or more challenging watersports – Eastbourne has it all.

We do apologise for the noise experienced during your stay and are pleased to advise that no guests before or after your stay have experienced similar problems.
With regard to your deposit, due to issues with Paypal which are beyond our control, we had to issue your refunded deposit via cheque which is a slower process and one we prefer to avoid. I would like to highlight that for your inconvenience we did refund an additional £50 by way of compensation.
Thank you for your comments with regard to additional items for the apartment. We will look to add a mirror to the master bedroom and a cafeteria to the kitchen. Due to size limitations in the kitchen it is not currently possible to include a dishwasher but would highlight that no dishwasher is advertised in the details.

Everything about this appartment is perfect, fantastic location, easy to walk to sovereign harbour, good quality fixtures and fittings, plenty of extras provided I.e coffee, sugar, tea etc. owner even left a good quality bottle of wine, chocolates, milk, bread and butter. We have stayed in a lot of self catering accommodation and have never had this service before. The view from the balony is amazin. Daniel the owner is very friendly and easily accessible should there be a problem. Will definately stay here again.

"LOVELY FLAT-INTERSTING VIEWS-CAR ESSENTIAL"
All furniture /Linen/towels/kitchenware of high quality. Very comfortable beds and furniture. tv/dvd complicated to use and shower very stiff but plumber is rectifying this.
we felt the flat was too far from the town and the harbour with busstops quite a distance away and we missed a local corner shop for odds and ends as the shops were all a car journey away.
we had a lovely holiday and must mention the cleaner and the owner who went out of their way to rectify any problems quickly and courteously.

"A home from home with attentive proprietor"
We just needed a place to stay close to family but could not have chosen a better home. The apartment was extremely comfortable and very homely. There was wifi which pleased the children, and it was conveniently located for all local amenities. Our arrival was greeted by the essentials and also with wine and chocolates. Linen and towels were of a high quality and the laundry facilities were aided by heated towel rails in both bathrooms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and will certainly be using it again in future visits.

"The Best Holiday Apartment"
I could not fault it.. The whole apartment was so welcoming..We had a bottle of wine and chocolates on our arrival. I loved the bedding really good quality. Also most of the tea and coffee stuff was there..Extra towels were provided in many holiday apartments you do not get them. Debbie the house-keeper very lovely lady. I would recommend this apartment first before checking anywhere else. Will definately be back again with more friends not just as a summer holiday apartment but as a get-away weekends too.
