A brightly decorated 2 bedroomed apartment on the first floor in an Edwardian property accessed via steps to the to the property. The Apartment has been decorated to reflect its proximity to the sea. Beach Comber apartment off a communal hallway and situated in the very popular Meads village a few hundred yards from Eastbourne's seafront. It is just a short stroll from a small parade of individual shops, tea rooms, a restaurant and two pubs. It can accommodate up to 4 +1 people living room.

A spacious /master bedroom is bright and airy with a large picture bay window., dining table and chairs. The wall mounted TV has Freeview with radio stations and the Studio benefits from Wifi. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The large kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave , It also has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer and a supply of crockery, cutlery pots, pans and cooking utensils. Dining table & chairs


Next to the bedroom is off a large hall area & boasts a new bath, with a over shower, toilet & sink with natural light.

There is a sun terrace of the large lounge very sunny in the sunshine.

"Value for money in an excellent location"

Very spacious, clean, well fitted and well positioned accommodation. Close to beach, bus route and shops. Richard is an excellent host and checked in regularly. Only negative was the noisy people livi… More
