The newly fitted bathroom comprises of bath with overhead shower, toilet and underfloor heating. Travel cot and high chair are also provided.

As well as a swing seat the outdoor furniture also comprises of a large table with seating for more than 6 persons, two elegant sunloungers to make the most of it! There is also a large gas BBQ for guests to use along with two kayaks and buoyancy aids and two adult mountain bikes with two helmets available (at users risk).The private garden is well maintained and has uninterrupted views across the bay.

The South Coast of England offers a wealth of history and culture not to mention a great deal of sunshine!
Approx 1 hr from London Sussex is the heart of 1066 country, there is so much to explore and so much to see.
The Eastbourne and Pevensey Area.
In an area known as the ‘sunshine coast’ lies the small seaside village of Pevensey. Full of character the center has everything you may need from a general store, chemist and post office. Settled within the historic 1066 country, Pevensey is only a short distance from the hugely popular town of Eastbourne. For those seeking more action the beaches around Eastbourne are popular with windsurfers, kite surfers and sailing. The South Downs is a beautiful area to explore on foot or two wheels and the famous beauty spot ‘Beachy Head’ is on your doorstep. For the
family there are a number of attractions including the Sovereign Centre with swimming pool and wave machine, Fort Fun and the Treasure Island Park.
There are many special events taking place over the course of the year particularly in the summer including some world class tennis at Devonshire Park and the spectacular Airbourne show.
With a wealth of history and culture in and around Eastbourne there are many castles, museums, historical sites and houses to explore. Nearby there is Pevensey castle, Redoubt Military Fortress, Herstmonceux Castle and Glyndebourne Opera House.
An alternative from a quiet evening watching the sunset from the swing seat on the decking of your beach house,
you may wish to enjoy an evening at one of the theatres in Eastbourne or listening to music at the bandstand.
If your looking for peace, relaxation and a ‘get-away-from-it-all’ holiday whilst also having restaurants, theatres and all within easy reach then Pevensey Bay is the ideal place.

"Perfect Beach House"
We had an excellent week staying in this lovely cottage, it was equipped for all our needs and very clean. We enjoyed many hours in the garden, swinging on the seat and enjoying the glorious views and peace and quiet. Would recommend this cottage to everyone.

"Wonderful Holiday Home in Fantastic Location"
A very spacious and clean holiday home with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. There are 2 bikes and 2 kayaks available, which we used. The garden with decking area and a BBQ looks directly on to the beach and we spent many hours sitting on the swing enjoying the sunshine and tranquility. There are books,games and DVD's available to entertain you should the weather be bad. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for a week in August 2012 and had a wonderful time, all amenities are on the doorstep, the location is superb, the house very well equipped. Have recommended to you to Family and Friends!

"Tranquility...even with young teenage kids!"
The beach house was finished to a very high standard and was immaculately clean. The beds were comfy , the large lounge/dining area was brilliant as was the decked area and BBQ. The kitchen was fairly spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed staying there and it had a real 'summer holiday by the sea' feel about it...even when it rained at the start of our stay. The sea kayaks were a real boon for the kids as was the wifi access and DVD collection.The easy access to the beach and sea was brilliant. We would stay again. Do not expect to build sandcastles as the beach is very stoney and hard to walk in bare feet! Bring a good pair of crocs or sandals.
