About the home

This is the perfect family house and ideal for two families looking to holiday together. (8 Adults + 7 Children under 14) The layout is perfect to give both adults and children the perfect beach holiday. The layout of the bedrooms means that everyone is kept happy. On the first floor are 4 good sized double bedrooms, one with private bathroom and three having access to a small balcony where you can relax with fantastic coastal views of both Eastbourne and Hastings. On the second floor are two kids dormitories, the first sleeping 4 children and the other sleeping 3 children. Downstairs there is a large sitting room, kitchen and dining room all with sea views. In the rear enclosed garden there is plenty of outside seating to eat, relax, chat and play games. Weekly bookings includes linen but not towels.
